DETERMINATION MEETS CONFUSION
Monday, February 27, 2017:
Don’t expect to settle into calm terrain yet! When impulsive, possibly angry, Mars opposes expansive Jupiter at 9:24 AM EST, the challenges of last week are ratcheted up. There is an overabundance of heat and powerful determination.
With the Moon still in Pisces, you may feel unclear and even confused by the circumstances and shifting events of the past five days. Whatever wake-up call or shocking revelation you have had is going to take some time and inner work to process.
When the sensitive Pisces Moon conjunct Chiron at 1:09 PM EST, you will seek a silent place of healing. Take yourself and your process seriously; go inward even as you support those you love.
With the Moon square Saturn at 6:07 PM EST, you may feel the need for time alone. Respect that for yourself and others.
At 11:51 PM EST, the Moon releases her elusive sensitivity as she enters dynamic, independent Aries. You will be ready to face a new day on Tuesday.
The Pisces Moon is VOC* (think of it as being adrift, without focus or connection) from 6:07 PM EST until she interested Aries at 11:51 PM EST. Remember, when the Moon is VOC* there will be no result from anything that is begun. This is neutral; not good, not bad, it simply suggests that whatever occurs will not have significant future impact.

BOLD COURAGEOUS LOVE
Tuesday, February 28, 2017:
Finally, we are offered a day of astrological calm on Tuesday. Perhaps, calm is a relative term when the emotional Moon, romantic Venus, defiant Uranus, and dynamic Mars are all in Aries, the sign of impulsive determination. Wow. That is a lot of assertiveness that is bubbling alongside the soft sensitivity of the Sun, Mercury, and Neptune all in Pisces. You cannot really believe all that you see (fake news indeed).
Even with all of this as we come off the past week’s intensity, we will take this moment to breath and relax. The only major aspect throughout the day is the Moon conjunct Venus at 9:54 PM EST.
Consider your most deeply held values; contemplate your own pursuit of love, money, and beauty. Go to bed early, make love with your partner or connect with your own self-love.
Understand that there is boldness and courage in your engagement in love at this time.

SIDESTEP HOTSPOTS
Wednesday, March 1, 2017:
Wednesday begins with the aggressive Aries Moon having difficult conversations with obsessive Pluto, anxiety producing Uranus, Jupiter (the planet that simply enlarges whatever picture we are looking at), and aggressive Mars. It is a good idea to carefully observe your own emotional triggers and sidestep other people’s hotspots. This is not a day to speak your mind or engage in difficult conversations. No one will win.
At 9:19 PM EST, the Aries Moon forms a stabilizing trine to steadfast Saturn calming us in time for sleep.
At 9:43 PM EST, you are certainly ready to drift into dreamland, spend time in meditation, or pour yourself an extra glass or two of wine. Your perspective of the circumstances you find yourself in may be highly distorted. Find a way to express your most creative imagination and get a good night’s sleep. Keep your notebook handy to write down your dreams when you wake up on Thursday morning.
The Aries Moon is VOC* (think of it as being adrift, without focus or connection) from 9:19 PM EST until she enters Taurus at 2:43 AM EST on Thursday morning.
Remember, when the Moon is VOC* there will be no result from anything that is begun. This is neutral; not good, not bad, it simply suggests that whatever occurs will not have significant future impact.

CONNECT WITH KINDNESS
Thursday, March 2, 2017:
By the time you wake up on Thursday morning, the Moon is in Taurus, which you would normally expect to bring solid relief to all the intensity we are living in.
However, with Jupiter now opposing Uranus, whatever you are expecting will be larger and more exciting (or disastrous) than you anticipate. You have the sense of desperately wanting to break free of limitations and restrictions and are highly aware of the most positive as well as the most negative expression of future possibilities.
I encourage you to watch the reflection and the rumbling changes of these energies in your personal life as well as within our culture, our government and the world.
Wherever you find yourself, be an example of calm, open-hearted love, kindness and acceptance. Don’t let yourself get caught up in your own situation so much that you miss the opportunity to make significant, deep connection with others. We are all in need of an extra dose of kindness. Be that example in the world, show the love in your heart.

SIMPLY REST
Friday, March 3, 2017:
Friday presents us with a quiet day of rest. Following a smooth, easy trine aspect to Pluto at 10:20 AM EST, the solid Taurus Moon is VOC until 5:06 AM EST Saturday morning. VOC stands for void of course, meaning that the Moon has made its final major aspect while in one sign until it enters the next sign.
In other words following her conversation with Pluto, she doesn’t speak to any of the other planets until she enters Gemini early Saturday. This slows down all activity and gives us time to rest.
The intense energies of these past weeks have us all on edge; and no, it is not over. For Friday, allow yourself to take a break. Go home after work, cook a nice meal and spend time doing something that simply makes you happy. Take a bath; give your lover massage. Rest.
The Taurus Moon is VOC* (think of it as being adrift, without focus or connection) from 10:20 AM EST until she enters Gemini at 5:06 AM EST on Saturday morning.
Remember, when the Moon is VOC* there will be no result from anything that is begun. This is neutral; not good, not bad, it simply suggests that whatever occurs will not have significant future impact.

VENUS RETROGRADE – WHAT DO YOU VALUE?
Saturday March 4, 2017:
By the time you wake up Saturday morning, the Moon will be in Gemini encouraging conversation, friendliness, and curiosity.
The important thing this week occurs on Saturday as Venus turns retrograde at 4:09 AM EST. She will remain retrograde until April 15th. This is an important period of time. Pay careful attention. Venus goes retrograde approximately every 2 years. As with any retrograde, it is important to refrain from forward motion regarding the issues related to the planet involved.
Venus represents the things we value most dearly, our love relationships, money, art, romance, and beauty. Venus represents our deepest personal values. During this time, it is important to go inward and get crystal clear on the things that you value most highly in your life.
Don’t be surprised if past lovers show up on your doorstep or in your FB feed. What do you need to revisit from the past? What can you learn by looking at what you have valued in the past?
Consider carefully what is of the highest value in your life. Consider that what is in your life has higher value than you may know. Consider what it would take for you to be deeply satisfied. Could you be satisfied exactly where you find yourself?
This is a time of contemplation, not forward motion on these issues.  Do not, I repeat, DO NOT start a new romantic relationship or make new financial investments.

ACTION TO STABILIZE
Sunday, March 5, 2017:
Sunday brings a very active Gemini Moon offering you many opportunities for connections, conversations, and engagement with friends and family.
Early in the morning, before you head into all that activity, there may be some challenge as you are simply not sure which way to turn. Once you determine the direction and take action to move forward, the day will smooth out.
At 6:32 AM EST, the chatty Gemini Moon squares the passive Pisces Sun. You will want the action of the day to be something that moves forward the intension you set in motion, or the seed you planted at the New Moon last weekend.
At 3:45 PM EST, assertive Mars forms a pleasing trine aspect to steady Saturn. This will assist in accomplishments coming easily and hard work moving smoothly. As you push forward into the future, you feel deeply supported by structure and stabilization. This is a day when your communications can help to stabilize your actions.
Bring folks together to get a project done that involves both intellect and physical action. Enjoy time spent with friends accomplishing projects and taking action to move your life forward.

ADJUST FOR REALITY
Monday, August 3, 2015:
I suspect that you could do with more assertiveness and less soft sensitivity on Monday morning. You may find yourself wanting to stay in bed, listen to music, make love, meditate, or pray. This is a day for deep contemplation.
At 7:24 PM EDT, the Moon leaves Pisces to enter Aries. At that point, your imagination and dreaminess will give way to a strong need to direct your physical energy more assertively. A bike ride, a run, or other solitary physical activities, will bring much needed energy to your body and help keep unnecessary aggressiveness at bay.
Jupiter squares Saturn on Monday asking you to make necessary adjustments. You may have recently noticed behaviors or thought patterns within yourself that no longer seem appropriate or in accordance with your current circumstances and reality.
This may bring tension as you attempt to adjust your thinking and behavior patterns. This may be accompanied by restlessness and uncertainty. As much as possible, observe the space between your current behavior and how you would like your behavior to be.
Do not worry about taking action at this time. Observe, contemplate, and prepare for the change without taking action, at least while Venus is retrograde.

THE COURAGE TO EXPRESS LOVE
Tuesday, August 4, 2015:
With Tuesday’s Moon in Aries, you may notice yourself feeling more competitive and assertive than usual. The Moon in Aries is a good time to look at the area of your life where you need to learn resourcefulness and courage. You may see clearly where you must learn to deeply rely on yourself.
Ask yourself where in your life are you learning to be truly and courageously independent and what is the next step that you must take in that direction?
Venus and Jupiter come together offering you the ability to increase and expand love within your life and your heart. Perhaps, the courage you must develop is the ability to be as vulnerable as necessary in order to fully allow and express love.

CONTEMPLATE RELEASE
Wednesday, August 5, 2015:
On Wednesday, there may be some struggle as you work with Venus retrograde. Remember, that Venus retrograde moves us to reexamine our personal values, finances, and relationships.
We are working with the cycle between Venus and Saturn. This cycle asks that you structure your love relationships or your finances.
Think about what began in November 2014 and culminated in April 2015.
At this time, you are letting go of some part of what that cycle has manifested as in your life.
No, this does not mean that the relationship has to end or that the financial plan is dead in the water. It does mean that there is some piece of the puzzle that you are working hard to let go of. The process is not easy and due to the retrograde this is not a simple act of letting go.
This energy of releasing spans from July through October. A new cycle and a new beginning of stabilizing relationship and finances will begin in January 2016.

PHYSICAL WORK; EMOTIONAL RELEASE
Thursday, August 6, 2015:
Thursday will provide you with a lot to think about. The contemplation of your personal values (courtesy of Venus retrograde) will be heavy on your mind.
Physical energy is strong and stable, you are able to get a great deal of physical work done. The contemplation of your relationships and finances will be greatly supported by physical work or effort.
Keep your mind working as you move energy through your body.
Much of this thinking may not be easy but there is a richness and depth that will bring much needed awareness to how you have been managing your relationships and finances.
Stick with the contemplation and develop keen self-observations.
Today’s Third Quarter Moon in Taurus supports the continued release of those things that are holding you back from your desired path. Are you releasing old self-limiting attitudes and beliefs about relationships and/or finances?
Contemplate release, contemplate security. No action is necessary or advised at this time.

EXPAND YOUR MIND
Friday, August 7, 2015:
Following a great deal of heavy, and possibly uncomfortable, contemplations on Wednesday and Thursday, Friday offers the expansion of ideas and new possibilities.
By now, some previously entrenched processes of your mind have been released and you notice yourself less attached to certain beliefs that have held you back.
Now, you are able to begin a new cycle of expanding the direction you allow your mind to go.
The Moon remains in Taurus throughout the day allowing you to maintain emotional stability and reverence in your present circumstances. In order to move forward, it is important to accept and honor what is available exactly where you find yourself. The reality of current circumstances must be loved fully in order to move forward.

PARTY – ASTROLORE’S BIRTHDAY!
Saturday, August 8, 2015:
By the time you wake up on Saturday morning, the Moon is in Gemini. Here in the Northern Hemisphere, we are certainly at high Summer. The earlier part of this week required much work.
Saturday is a different day indeed! This is the day for a summer party! Coincidentally, it is also my birthday! 
At 7:32 PM EDT, Mars joins the Sun, Jupiter, and Venus in Leo! This is quite a line up of planets in Leo and quite the evening for a party!
This similarly mirrors my chart, in 1955 there were 7 planets lined up in Leo. Perhaps, I should plan that party! Want to join me?

OPPORTUNITY AND ADVANCEMENT
Sunday, August 9, 2015:
Don’t even try to think about work on Sunday. Continue the party from Saturday. Perhaps, you have been able to get away for the whole weekend. On Sunday, you will want to enjoy the company and conversation of others.
The Moon in Gemini forms a sextile to both the Sun and Uranus. Pay attention to all the things that spark your excitement. If you are offered an opportunity that feels invigorating and exciting, go ahead and say yes.
This is a great day to explore new ideas and new people that will bring your life to a new level of open intellectual advancement!
Enjoy.

This week: The VOC* Moon!
VOC* (void of course) refers to the period of time between the final aspect that the Moon makes while in one sign until she enters the next sign. This can consist of several minutes or many hours. These periods are best handled with little expectation of accomplishment. These times are ideally suited for rest and contemplation.
Block off these times in your schedule and avoid making significant decisions or working on important projects during these times. During VOC* Moon, focus on routine tasks. You will be surprised at how this one change will smooth the edges of your life!
Do you have questions about what is appropriate to do or not do during the VOC* moon? A simple way to think about it is to ask a simple question: Do I hope that this activity will amount to something? If the activity does not need to amount to anything, go ahead with it!
If you have an expectation or desire that this action is going to amount to something, do not do it while the Moon is VOC*. Think about the time you bought a book you were certain you were going to love and you never could finish it! Think about the time you bought the perfect article of clothing that you ended up never wearing. That is the Moon VOC*!
Monday, August 3, 2015 the Moon is VOC* (in Pisces) following a trine to Saturn at 4:36 PM EDT, until she enters Aries at 7:24 PM EDT.
Wednesday, August 5, 2015 the Moon is VOC* (in Aries) following a trine to Jupiter at 7:30 PM EDT until she enters Taurus at 9:30 PM EDT.
Saturday, August 8, 2015 the Moon is VOC* (in Taurus) following a sextile to Mars at 12:46 AM EDT until she enters Gemini at 1:40 AM EDT.

This past Sunday, July 26th, Uranus turned retrograde. Perhaps, you felt a sharp pull of rebellion in some area of your life.

Flower by Yvonne Nelson

Flower by Yvonne Nelson

If you know where 20° Aries falls in your natal chart, this will be the area of your life where you are experiencing this anxiety and need for dramatic change. If you don’t know your chart, pay attention to where in your life you feel the need for independence, innovation, and dramatic change.
You may feel disoriented by this sudden wave of rebellion. Uranus will remain retrograde until she stations direct in late December 2015. While Uranus is retrograde, you will explore your need for freedom and liberation.
With both Venus and Uranus retrograde, you may notice personal long-term patterns involving freedom and autonomy in intimate relationships. You may also want to explore how you have used money and resources to maintain or deny your full independence
Where do you give your individuality away in order to maintain relationships? Do you believe you have to do it this way? Explore new and unusual ways of engaging in and managing your love relationships and your financial issues.
There is a powerful urge to confront what we have previously ignored. How have you allowed yourself to lose freedom and autonomy in order to be loved? Have you believed that you had to be less of yourself in order to be worthy of love?
You are not here to be small. You have the opportunity to create an amazing life for yourself and for all you encounter. It is not easy to live an authentic life. That is okay. What are you learning?
Examine the deep place of your mind and heart. What must you shake up in order to bring your life’s direction to a higher level of manifestation? Explore your beliefs and your values; prepare for major forward motion in mid-September.
On to the dailies!
VACATION: REAL OR IMAGINED
Monday, July 27, 2015:
Monday is a day of exploration. What do you want to experience? Are you able to make your imagination real? This is a time to open the heart and mind to seeing and experiencing new ideas, new cultures, and new places.
If you happen to be on vacation – what a lovely day!
The morning begins with Sagittarius Moon squaring Neptune, a lovely morning to sleep late and dawdle over coffee and conversation. Start the day slowly with meditation and/or music. Allow the mind to drift where it wants to go; slow and easy.
This evening, the Sagittarius Moon trine Uranus, pulling us out of a dreamy space and into excitement and innovation. Spend time with friends who are of a like mind.
Seek ways to expand the good for everyone. This is not the time to think only of yourself. In order to uplift yourself, focus on uplifting those around you.

BE PRACTICAL WITH YOUR HEART
Tuesday, July 28, 2015:
Don’t take yourself too seriously on Tuesday morning. Bring humor to the table. With Venus retrograde insisting that we be so focused on relationship and resource evaluation, it would be easy to forget how much humor and lightness is needed to get through our lives! Take it easy on yourself and those you come into contact with.
At 9:36 AM EDT, the Sagittarius Moon is VOC* until she enters Capricorn at 2:47 PM EDT. At this point of the day, we feel the shift to a more serious nature and the ability to get much more accomplished that we would have expected earlier in the day.
This is a good evening to focus on exploring your financial and/or relationship goals with your partner or loved ones. A family conversation to plan for changes in income or practical considerations would be appropriate. You will find that you are able to be more practical than usual even with the involvement of your heart.

DO THE WORK
Wednesday, July 29, 2015:
Wednesday we can expect to be a serious or ambitious day once we get past the early morning dreaminess. Revisit your goals, ambitions, and dreams in the morning. At a certain point, you will realize that you are ready to get serious about accomplishment.
The Moon in in ambitious, hard working, Capricorn throughout the day. Do the hard work. It is a good day to cross everything off your ‘to do list’!
Stay at work late because your mind will be on work even if you are at home. If you head home too early, you may encounter power dynamics that may be difficult to manage.
Wind down and head to bed early unless you have a work or writing project that can keep you occupied in a solitary endeavor. Even with the Sun in Leo, we can’t have everyday be about fun and pleasure!

BRING INNOVATION TO EFFORT
Thursday, July 30, 2015:
You can expect to encounter an interesting edge to your work and ambition on Thursday and you may well meet with resistance and a certain amount of aggravation. You will want to find a way to bring change and innovation to whatever the work or effort is that you are involved in.
Don’t forget your meditation Thursday morning, as you will need whatever stability and calm it helps you to maintain. Utilize the internal aggravation to push forward on solitary work.
At 5:41 PM EDT, the Moon enters Aquarius and you will be able to connect more easily with others. Gather with friends. All of you will need the social connection after the solitary work of the past few days.
Release tension. Enjoy the evening.

AQUARIUS FULL MOON; SEEK SOCIAL EQUALITY
Friday, July 31, 2015:
Early Friday morning, we reach the Aquarius Full Moon (6:43 AM EDT). This brings us to the full illumination of the Lunar Cycle that began two weeks ago at the Leo New Moon.
At the Aquarius Full Moon, take the time to explore issues of social justice or injustice. You do not need to look very deeply into the fabric of our culture to see how far we still have to go to reach the social justice you may have thought you had all along.
As we gain in the area of marriage equality, we are confronted with immense inequality related to race. It is up to each one of us to move this world toward a place of full equality and love for our fellow humans. Speak out with clarity anywhere you see inequality.
Venus retrogrades back into Leo at 11:27 AM EDT; let go of any perfectionism you have fallen into. Relax into a bit more fun even as you continue reevaluating money and love.

FIND YOUR DREAMY PLACE
Cemetery Sky by Erin Krygier

Cemetery Sky by Erin Krygier

Saturday, August 1, 2015:
The Moon is in Aquarius making contact with Jupiter and Venus offers a lovely day as the expansion of love is highlighted.
Acknowledge love, offer love, seek love, accept love, open your heart and feel love. If your life feels bereft of love, open to the love that is always internally available.
There is no reason to have a lack of love in your life. Offer it with abandon and it will always be with you. Look in unusual places for love; for love and beauty have the ability to surprise us on a day like this!
At 6:36 PM EDT, the Moon enters the softer space of Pisces and we are able to dwell in an intangible dreamy place.
Be careful with the tendency to explore the edges of reality with drugs and alcohol. It would be a better choice to allow a sense of the intangible with music or meditation. You want to reduce the boundaries between yourself and others, and between yourself and the universe.

RESPONSIBILITY & CHANGE
Sunday, August 2, 2015:
Enjoy an interesting day on Sunday as Mercury trine Uranus will electrify the space between our ears and bring our thoughts and conversations to the most interestingly innovative places.
This is a day when brainstorming ideas can bring you places that will move your life forward! Don’t stick with the ‘tried and true’.
This cycle of innovative thought began in early April. Consider what may have come as a shock or invigorated your thinking at that time. We are in a smooth area with a clear vision of where we would like to be at the full illumination of that cycle in late October.
Your imagination and intuition will be strongly supported by the Pisces Moon. Watch a movie, have an extra glass of wine. Allow yourself to dream.
As Saturn turns direct, it is time for all in authority to take its rightful responsibilities. I hope this will herald a time when the police (and all white people) in this country will begin taking responsibility for the unimaginable racial issues (and the ones that may seem minor) that have come so dramatically to our attention while Saturn has been retrograde.
Where in your life have you become aware of the need to take responsibility? It is possible that you were unaware of this issue before Saturn turned retrograde (March 2015). Now that you are aware of it, what are you going to do to take responsibility and make the necessary change?

How intense was last week for you? Dealing with the energies of both Mercury and Mars dancing intensely within the dark realm of Pluto certainly provided many of us with a challenging week!

As we begin another week, we are stabilized by the Sun and Mercury, forming trine aspects to Saturn. This should help us stabilize any upheaval that we were left with from last week. Be sure you take advantage of the stabilization offered, as we head into more intensity later this week.
On Wednesday, the Sun enters Leo! Now, we enter the heat of the Summer here in the Northern Hemisphere. On Thursday, Mercury enters Leo as well when we each must find our own voice that truly expresses all of who we are.
Remember, if you have a birthday while the Sun is in Leo you are allowed the full month for celebration! Leo is ruled by the Sun and has the energy of full generosity to live up to. Think of the heat of the Sun and the generosity and expression of growth; that is Leo!
As we head deeper into the week, our anxiety may bring a message to the table as Mars approaches a square aspect to Uranus, which will be exact on Saturday.
Uranus turns retrograde on Saturday as well. This retrograde is bringing some of the intense energy of innovation underground where revolution will simmer until Uranus turns direct in late December of 2015.
On to the dailies!

CONSIDER AND REACH FOR YOUR POTENTIAL
Monday, July 20, 2015:
The week begins smoothly enough with the Moon in Virgo, making lovely aspects to Pluto, Mars, and Mercury throughout the day.
This allows us easy access to powerful energies of accomplishment. If you have physical work to do, the energy should be available to you. If you have intellectual projects or communications that you need to deliver, this should be an excellent day to get those done as well.
Monday favors careful detailed work in all that you do. We are asked to clearly consider our full potential. Take time to make a plan to live up to your potential.
Don’t be too hard on yourself that you have not yet reached where you know you are capable of being. Accept yourself exactly where you are, and only then make a specific plan that will lead you in the direction of the potential you know you have.
This is a day to encourage others, even as you plan your own growth.

FRESH FLOWERS MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Tuesday, July 21, 2015:
Another day with lovely aspects to the Moon, all which are assisting our emotional nature in maintaining equilibrium.
At 6:07 AM EDT, the Moon goes VOC* in Virgo until she enters Libra at 9:23 AM EDT. This brief VOC* Moon will interfere with very little.
The remainder of the day is lovely with the Cancer Sun forming an easy trine to Saturn at 7:07 AM EDT. We are given another opportunity to teach others the skills we have learned to manage deep emotions.
We have so much Cancer in our environment at this time; it is not easy for some of us to manage the depth of emotions that can occur.
Spend the late afternoon and evening in the pursuit of beauty and harmony. If you want to go out for meal, make sure to spring for the beautiful place, no hole in the wall the matter how good the food is!
Make sure you have fresh flowers on your dining room table and at your desk! The importance of beauty and harmony in your environment is the most important thing for Tuesday.
Keep that in mind as you engage with others; consider kindness in all that you do.

SUN ENTERS LEO; PREPARE FOR PLEASURE & HEAT
Wednesday, July 22, 2015:
If you love the Cancer part of Summer best of all, make sure you take extra time to enjoy this day. Shortly after you go to bed Wednesday night (11:30 PM EDT), the Sun leaves Cancer behind and we turn into the more dramatic, self expressive part of the summer: Leo!
As the Leonine energy envelops us over the coming weeks, it is good to consider the teaching that Leo brings. Leo teaches self-expression. Anyone with a strong Leo component is called to untangle themselves internally in order to fully express their most authentic self.
If you love someone with a strong Leo component, the most important thing is to deeply appreciate the generosity and authenticity of the Leo’s self-expression.
Mercury trine Saturn (1:50 PM EDT) brings stability and clarity to our communications and adding to the already steady atmosphere from Sun trine Saturn on Tuesday.
This is an advantageous time for constructive thought projects of all sorts. Work on a writing project or simply make the time and space to say what needs to be said.

CELEBRATE LEO WITH EXPRESSIVE GENEROSITY
Thursday, July 23, 2015:
Thursday sees Mercury hurrying to keep up with the Sun, entering Leo at 8:14AM EDT. To me, this is the time to go on vacation or have a party!
The Sun is in its glory bringing dramatic warmth, generosity, creativity, and playfulness to the planet and asking that we dedicate ourselves to pleasure. Venus loves her time in Leo!
Venus represents our sensual and romantic attractions, our desire and ability to form intimate partnerships, and what we value and see as beautiful in our world.
With both the Sun and Venus in Leo, we respond to love and beauty with generosity and dramatic excitement.
The Moon in VOC* following a sextile to Jupiter at 2:12PM EDT until she enters Scorpio at 10:07PM EDT.
Enjoy the afternoon or evening with seductive pleasures. Sit in the Sun on your deck with a good book and a cold iced tea! Create an evening of pure pleasure. That may include pampering yourself or others. Show generosity of spirit to everyone you encounter, particularly yourself.

LOVE YOURSELF FIRST
Friday, July 24, 2015:
The Moon will be in Scorpio on Friday, forming the First Quarter Lunar Phase. If you set an intention or began something on the Cancer New Moon (July 15th), this is the day to take a specific action to move that issue forward. Get clear on what that action is to be early in the day so that its execution will not hold you back with indecision.
Please understand that the First Quarter Square is when the Sun (in Leo) forms a challenging Square aspect to the Moon (in Scorpio).
You will want to consider where you are feeling pulled in two very different directions. You may want to express yourself very dramatically or show deep generosity while at the same time feeling the need for privacy and introspection.
The process of balancing these very different energies and respecting each of them as having as valid a place at the table will teach you something important today. Pay attention.
Be aware of how easy it is to project your internal stress onto another. Each direction that pulls you comes from within. Stay aware of the tendency to play the ‘blame game’.
Accept all of who you are, your true authentic self, with all your contradictions. Make space for the outward drama and the private introspection. Love yourself first.

VENUS RETROGRADE: WHAT & HOW DO YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE?
Saturday, July 25, 2015:
Astrologers, and would be astrologers, love to get dramatic about all kinds of astrological events.
On Friday at 5:29 AM EDT, Venus turns retrograde, remaining in retrograde motion until September 6, 2015. Venus was last in retrograde between December 21, 2013 and January 31, 2014.
If you keep a journal, you may find clues to your own response to this reversed energy of beauty and love. As with the Mercury retrograde cycles, I like to look at this from a relatively simple perspective. Venus refers to our ability to form partnerships, our personal values, and our sensual pleasures.
During this retrograde cycle, we must stop and carefully examine our attitudes toward finances, love relationships, our comfort in social situations, and our ability to enjoy our own sensuality, and connection to our bodies.
All of these things must be reevaluated during this time. We do not want to take any steps forward regarding these issues. This is not a good time to start a new love relationship, although it is an important time to reevaluate, and possibly reconnect, with a past relationship. Do not take permanent action in any of these areas; this is a time to simply reevaluate.
When I speak of re-evaluating relationship, it is important to clarify that it is the relationship being reevaluated, NOT the person you are in relationship with.
Early Saturday morning, we also encounter Mars square Uranus. This is an anxiety producing aspect, which is asking us to take a conscious step forward.
Think back to early March 2015; that was the beginning of the cycle between Mars and Uranus. This is a cycle of intensifying physical energy. This energy can be shocking and intense, with a physically active, possibly a sexual component.
Now, you will want to take action on what began in March 2015. Consider what began then and the appropriate action now. Anticipate a surprising event, conversation, or idea that will make the appropriate action clear.
The Moon is in Scorpio throughout the day; allow for a deeply intense day, indeed.

ROAD TRIP FOR EXPLORATION
Sunday July 26, 2015:
By 8:25 AM EDT, we have passed a brief VOC* Moon and then she is in Sagittarius for the next few days. Take a road trip; explore a new place, a new idea, or a new friendship.
Expand your mind through the search for enlightenment or the simple excitement of a party! Your choice: seek out a church, a meditation hall, travel, or go to a wild party.
You can expand your awareness about the higher purpose of your life and your beliefs in any of these arenas.

Tuesday, July 21, 2015 the Moon is VOC* (in Virgo) following a sextile to Saturn at 6:07 AM EDT, until she enters Libra at 9:23 AM EDT.
Thursday, July 23, 2015 the Moon is VOC* (in Libra) following a sextile to Jupiter at 2:12 PM EDT until she enters Scorpio at 10:07 PM EDT
Sunday, July 26, 2015 the Moon is VOC* (in Scorpio) following a conjunction to Saturn at 5:15 AM EDT until she enters Sagittarius at 8:25 AM EDT.

* In these weekly reports, I am exploring the major aspects formed by transit between the planets. I do not consider every aspect that the Moon makes each day as they can be numerous and are often fleeting moods. I will consider the final major aspect formed by the Moon prior to its VOC* time, as that aspect holds its influence throughout the VOC*.
The aspects under consideration: conjunctions, sextiles, squares, trines, and oppositions.
The planets I work with: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.

Reaching out for help finding images for this blog and my Facebook page has been extremely exciting and very satisfying.
Thank you so much to all who have offered your incredibly beautiful images; photographs, paintings, collages, and more! The creativity, talent, and generosity I have received has truly blown my mind. LOVE!
I am delighted with the new look of my page and blog! Knowing that all of you are making it happen has felt like an amazing support! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
On another topic, many of you have reached out expressing concern and care around the health difficulties that my partner has recently faced. Again, thank you for your kindness. Brenda is recovering well with lots of help from her cardiac therapy, friends, family, and rest.
We still face many challenges moving forward and yet are feeling strong and confident. Thank you all so much for your kind words and support.
Many of you have also reached and made appointments for consultations with me. It is such a delight to work with each of you to help you understand and love yourselves more profoundly. I am deeply grateful for the work I’ve been given in this world to do; it is truly an honor.
I suspect that last week was a bit of a challenge for many of you. With so much Neptune energy, our sensitivity level has been extreme as well as a deep lack of clarity.
Even as we were adjusting to the retrograde motion of Mercury, we also had to deal with the lack of clarity and the potential deep suffering of Neptune. The good news is that this week is simpler with a good deal more clarity!
The Sagittarius Full Moon on Tuesday has the potential to pull us out of whatever doldrums we have been stuck in over the past few weeks. It is time to explore the bigger picture; to look outside ourselves and enjoy the view from above.
Travel, explore, and see the world from a perspective you have never imagined before. The world is wider and deeper and more expansive than any of us can imagine.
This week, work to enlarge your view, see beyond the boundaries that have kept you stuck. It is time to explore and grow.

CREATE BEAUTY OR LOVE
Monday, June 1, 2015:
Getting out of bed on the right foot Monday morning will make all the difference to how your entire week unfolds.
At 7:00 AM EDT, the Moon trine Venus followed by the Moon VOC* until she enters Sagittarius at 2:38 PM EDT. If you are in a partnership, please make sure you do not leave the house without making a strong, loving connection with your partner.
If you are single, put that same energy and attention into creating something beautiful or spending time on a creative project. This could be as simple as making sure all the dishes are clean and the counters wiped down before you leave the house, making the bad and putting flowers on the nightstand. When you get home in the evening, you will see what a difference these tiny things make.
This is a day to notice the beauty and love that surrounds you and the beauty and love you create in your environment. Consider how you bring beauty to the lives of others.
At 2:38 PM EDT, the Moon enters Sagittarius and our hearts follow; seeking exploration, encountering new views and perspectives of reality.
Monday will be a great evening to brainstorm and dream about travel or a particular study you would like to undertake. Don’t make any hard fast convictions on the issue, as Mercury is still retrograde. However, now is a good time to explore the ideas in your mind with friends, a partner, or on your own. This may be a good start to a much easier week.

CLARITY; FULL MOON IN SAGITTARIUS
Tuesday, June 2, 2015:
On Tuesday at 12:19 PM EDT, we have the Full Moon in Sagittarius. Take a moment to contemplate how far your life has expanded over the past several months… and even over the last two weeks.
Think back as recently as March before the final Uranus and Pluto squares which pushed all of our lives into hyper-drive. How much can a life change over the course of three or four months? Look at your own life and look at the lives of those around you.
The Sagittarius Full Moon brings clarity to a path that was totally obscured less than a week ago. This does not mean the difficulties are all behind us. It does mean that if we open our eyes fully, we are able to see the biggest picture available. We know where we are on-track and where we need to make adjustments.
We are likely to be in a better place than we know. Explore, expand, travel; open your heart! The Sagittarius Full Moon allows us to see the full perspective from the highest point. As we explore the highest and broadest perspective, we understand what is necessary and what is not. We are ready to release as we open to the important work ahead.
We must support each other with optimism, vitality, and the best of intentions! At this Full Moon, you will want to embrace your free spirit, freedom, and opportunities for joy and adventure. Make sure you have adventures scheduled on your calendar. There is no time like the present to seek joy.

IMAGINE THE FUTURE
Wednesday, June 3, 2015:
Tuesday’s Full Moon engendered a great deal of positive excitement and energy. I hope you were able to roll with the circumstances and love your life. Wednesday is a very simple day, a day for recuperation, meditation, and rest.
Following a sextile to Uranus at 1:58 AM EDT, the Moon is VOC* until she enters Capricorn at 8:51 PM EDT. This gives us a very long day to recuperate.
Make the most of it! Enjoy it! Truly, it is a gift.
Whatever you are doing today, whatever has to be done, please understand that there will not be any great result from it! When the Moon is VOC*, we hold steady in the energy of the final aspect, in this case the sextile to Uranus. That gives the whole day a quirky feel. Even as we recuperate and rest, our interest is in the extraordinary; we seek an unusual perspective.
As we rest in contemplation and renewal, we embrace the future as we imagine it can be! These thoughts, these interests expand our awareness to accept all the unusual excitement of the future. This is a day for no expectations of yourself or others; rest, rejuvenate, and expand your vision.

EMBRACE YOUR WORK ETHIC
Thursday, June 4, 2015:
Thursday brings us a very serious day. This is the day for hard work, a day that you can get a great deal accomplished.
Whereas Wednesday was best with no expectations, Thursday is a good day to have high expectations of yourself and others! If you prepare properly and focus yourself adequately, this is a day that you could get more done than in the entire rest of the week combined.
Go ahead; put your nose to the grindstone! Work hard, embrace a work ethic of great magnitude. Don’t let anything distract you.
This is not a day for socializing. This is a time to work in a solitary pursuit.
Teamwork is not a great idea. This is a day to work on your own, depending on your own effort and drive. Put in the effort and the focus; you will be glad you did.
If you utilize this day properly, you will sleep well Thursday night and feel great about your accomplishments.
Without the work, effort, and accomplishment this could be an unhappy, cranky, or depressing day. Don’t let that happen. It is not necessary.

MAKE LOVE, PLAY, DANCE
Friday, June 5, 2015:
Okay! Here we go again with another full day of the Moon VOC*! Indeed, the Moon goes VOC*at 6:54 AM EDT following a square to Uranus and will not enter Aquarius until Saturday in the early morning. The Capricorn Moon is still with us throughout the day. If we know how to manage this, we can still accomplish a great deal.
Please remember, it is not that we cannot get anything done, it is that nothing of value will result from what we do. Therefore, mundane tasks can still be accomplished and help propel forward the work ethic of Thursday.
You don’t want to work on a project that requires a great outcome but you certainly could organize and file paperwork, or accomplish any kind of maintenance for cleaning projects.
Venus enters Leo at 11:32 AM EDT! This will herald in an appreciation for these sunny days in the warm summer. The Sun will not enter Leo for several months but now Venus gives us a taste of the warmth and splendor of the Sun (which rules Leo). Embrace this shift in energy.
Venus represents our relationships and what we value. Have you noticed yourself being critical and overly sensitive while Venus was moving through Virgo? Warmth returns and our relationships are able to become more playful and lighthearted! This is very good news.
Venus goes retrograde starting June 25th and Venus will remain retrograde until mid-July 2016. We will discuss Venus retrograde as we get closer to the time. For now, enjoy the playfulness of Venus in Leo!
When was the last time you acted in a play or were on stage doing something you love with an audience? Take this time to learn to play in whatever way that appeals to you. Think about it and make it a priority. Fun, enjoyment, and play are crucial elements for our health and happiness.
Mars is sextile Jupiter at 7:37 PM EDT allowing that playful energy some physical expression. This evening play should be physical! Go out dancing or make love with expansive passion and creativity. What a lovely Friday night! <3

THE PLEASURE OF LIFE
Saturday, June 6, 2015:
We wake up Saturday morning to the Moon in Aquarius. This is certainly an opportunity for a quirky and fun day. I hope you have planned something with family or friends. Here in Vermont, summer is short and we must enjoy these weekends to the fullest.
This would be a great day for a wedding or party!
Venus is trine Saturn at 2:22 AM EDT; this colors the entire day with love, stability, and the value of beauty.
Make the effort and you will be able to tap into deep enjoyment of beauty. We have felt a sense of pleasure in the very act of living; we are able to stand back and hold ourselves steady as we see the love and beauty available to us in this world.
In November 2014, we began a new cycle of stabilizing relationship or solidifying something of beauty. Now, we are at the disseminating phase of that cycle. We are able to fully see, experience, and show others what we have learned and what beauty has come into our lives throughout the course of the cycle.
We are able to teach others what we have learned about life, love, and beauty. Each one of us has a unique and valuable experience; share what you know.

FUN AND PLEASURE
Sunday, June 7, 2015:
Sunday is very much reflection of Saturday. This is indeed an exceptional weekend.
Please make this day exciting, fun, and enjoyable!
Don’t stay home unless your home is a place of grand enjoyment. Don’t try to make this a work weekend.
This is the weekend to go to the beach, go camping, go to the city for play, go dancing, go to clubs and meet new people.
I’m not to spend anymore time writing about it; there is fun to be had!!
