AN ORIGINAL VIEW
Monday, July 24, 2017:
A very interesting Monday follows on the heels of Sunday’s powerful Leo New Moon. Go back and check Sunday’s post for suggestions on performing a New Moon ritual. You still have time to do the ritual anytime on Monday.
Along with the brand new, expressive Leo Moon, Monday offers two significant transits. At 10:53 AM EDT, Venus, the planet of love and beauty, goes head-to-head with Saturn, the planet of responsibility, maturity, and limitations. The end of October of 2016 began this Venus and Saturn cycle of stabilizing personal values that now comes to full illumination.
Pay attention to how you form structures and boundaries in your love relationships and your management of money and resources. This may not be easy. If there is a struggle, you know it is time to shift your perspective. If you are not acting with integrity and are not based in reality, this will be a wakeup call that maybe likely unpleasant.
However, it may be easy to let that difficulty go under the radar if the other transit of the day impacts your chart more strongly.
At 12:32 PM EDT, Mercury, the planet of our thinking and communicating mind, forms a lovely trine aspect to eccentric Uranus. This is a simple and powerful demand. Wake up!
Expect unexpected news, communications, or epiphanies that are tied in to the relationship resources focus of the Saturn transit. These two transits will work together.  You may feel great anxiety or great excitement. Keep your ears and eyes open and be ready to experience a highly original view.

ANALYTICAL PRECISION TAKES A STAND
Tuesday, July 25, 2017:
By the time you are up and moving on Tuesday, the Moon has entered industrious, orderly Virgo. As long as you have work to do or a project at hand, it will be a productive and efficient day from the start.
As we are adjusting to Mars and the Sun being in creative, expressive Leo, Mercury leaves Leo behind to enter into modest Virgo. Mercury is very much at home in Virgo and happy to leave the heat of Leo for the cool calm of this Mutable Earth sign.
In Virgo, Mercury reminds us that the Sun is never very far from Mercury and will not remain in the dramatic sign of Leo for too long. Summertime certainly passes quickly and the Sun will follow into Virgo in less than four weeks. It is important to enjoy the heat, vitality, and great, playful energies while they are available.
Mercury, the planet of our thinking and communications, leaves drama behind in Leo and becomes more practical and concerned with others in Virgo. Mercury will remain in this analytical sign until he enters Libra at the end of September. Take advantage of this time to get precise, efficient work done. This is perfect for getting the nitpicky, detailed paperwork done that you have not wanted to complete.
The Leo Moon is VOC* (think of it as being adrift, without focus or connection) for a very brief period of time from 5:22 AM EDT until she enters Virgo at 6:33 AM EDT. Remember, when the Moon is VOC*, there will be no result from anything that is begun. This is neutral; it is not good or bad, it simply suggests that whatever occurs will not have any significant future impact.

VITALITY AND STRENGTH
Wednesday, July 26, 2017:

Wednesday is a powerful day! The day begins with a razor sharp ability to use our power in an efficient manner as the Moon forms a beautiful trine aspect to powerful Pluto at 1:27 PM EDT.
At 8:50 PM EDT, when the Moon forms of challenging square to Saturn, we may wonder if we pushed too hard and may have the tendency to be overly critical.
However, the real action builds throughout the day to its climax at 8:56 PM EDT with a conjunction from the all-powerful Sun to assertive Mars. This is the beginning of a one-year cycle of illumination of strength, self-determination, and physical energy. You can think of this as similar to a New Moon, involving the Sun and Mars rather than the Sun and Moon. Think of it as the time to plant a seed of personal strength and perseverance toward a long-held goal.
Because the Sun and Mars are in Leo, you will want to incorporate self-expression or leadership as a part of this goal. If you have personal planets (your Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, or Mars) or your Ascendant or Mid-Heaven between 2° and 6° of any fixed sign (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, or Aquarius), you will probably feel a great abundance of internal or physical energy. Find a way to use it with kindness.
If you notice yourself feeling frustration or anger, go out for a run or move direct physical energy through your body in some powerful manner. Sexual expression is a great use of this vital strength. Learning to manage your inner warrior or goddess without selfishness is essential at this time.

SOOTHE THOSE RUFFLED FEATHERS
Thursday, July 27, 2017:
The early morning hours may feel a bit unsettled on Thursday. Take it in stride without question. At 11:36 AM EDT, the Moon enters graceful Libra and directs our attention to diplomatic cooperation and social decorum. We feel more tolerant of others and more interested in presenting ourselves in a more amicable, sympathetic light.
Late Thursday evening, the gentle, cordial Libra Moon forms soothing sextile aspects to both the Leo Sun and Mars and encourages the smoothing of any ruffled feathers that may have occurred on Wednesday. Allow yourself to be soothed, calmed, and softened. There is no reason to carry a grudge and it would be difficult to do so under this influence.
The Virgo Moon is VOC* (think of it as being adrift, without focus or connection) from 2:31 AM EDT until she enters Libra at 11:36 AM EDT. Remember, when the Moon is VOC*. there will be no result from anything that is begun. This is neutral; it is not good or bad, it simply suggests that whatever occurs will not have any significant future impact.

GO BENEATH THE SURFACE
Friday, July 28, 2017:
The Moon continues through harmonious, thoughtful Libra throughout the day on Friday. Your attention is on creating beauty, balance, and cooperation. This will work out well for most of the day.
However, at 6:35 PM EDT, the Libra Moon joins with idealistic Jupiter. With this transit, you may be so busy trying to make things look good on the outside that you hardly notice what is going on beneath the surface.
Take the time to look beneath the carpet and to honestly see what is hidden below. Is your life as you present it? Or are you, like so many, trying to make everything look pretty in the eyes of other people? Think about how easy it is to make your life look beautiful without acknowledging the everyday ups and downs.
At 8:38 PM EDT, when the Moon forms a challenging square to Pluto, get real with yourself and show your deepest vulnerabilities to those you love. Don’t plaster those vulnerabilities all over Facebook but do get real with yourself and those who need to truly know you. <3

ENDING ON A NOTE OF DEEP CONNECTION
Saturday, July 29, 2017:
All in all, you can expect a pleasant day on Saturday as the Moon continues through social, romantic Libra. The Libra Moon is encouraging you to create beauty and express love and appreciation in all your close friendships and intimate partnerships.
At 4:25 PM EDT, the Moon forms a flowing trine aspect to Venus encouraging feelings and expressions of love, abundance, and gratitude.
However, an hour later, you may need to take a break and spend some time alone. At 5:30 PM EDT, the graceful Moon forms a difficult opposition to unsettling Uranus. Pay attention to how you express yourself and the words that you use. Give a lot of slack to what others may say or how they say it.
You may say something you didn’t mean to say and upset the equilibrium of the day or maybe someone says something to you with the same effect. Apologize or accept the other person’s apology and move on. Don’t get stuck in anger or get your back up against the wall. Remember, this is a Moon transit and will pass quickly if you don’t engage with it.
At 8:23 PM EDT, the Moon enters Scorpio asking that our relationships go to a deeper, more intense, profound, and emotional level. This is an excellent night to go very deep with a highly trusted loved one, express your vulnerabilities, and hold your heart open to those that are closest to you.
The Libra Moon is VOC* (think of it as being adrift, without focus or connection) from 5:30 PM EDT until she enters Scorpio at 8:23 PM EDT. Remember, when the Moon is VOC*, there will be no result from anything that is begun. This is neutral; it is not good or bad, it simply suggests that whatever occurs will not have any significant future impact.

A SPARK OF CURIOSITY AND A SERIOUS DECISION
Sunday, July 30, 2017:
Sunday begins with a delightful sextile aspect from relationship-oriented Venus to unconventional Uranus. When Venus and Uranus began their cycle at the very beginning of June, their cycle’s purpose was to learn how to incorporate individuality and bring your own unique stamp to intimate relationships and resources. At the sextile aspect on Sunday, pay attention to ideas and conversations that spark curiosity and highlight possibilities in this direction.
Midmorning will bring a challenging square aspect from the introspective Scorpio Moon to the expressive Leo Sun and Mars. Something feels uncomfortable and you need to take an action or make a decision that will direct your path forward.
Take your time in the considerations and make these decisions consciously and carefully. Consider the seed you planted at the New Moon on July 23rd; do what must be done now to assist in the healthy growth of that aspiration.
The day ends on a sensitive note as the Moon forms a sweet, romantic trine aspect to dreamy Neptune at 11:30 PM EDT. Sleep uninterrupted and travel in your dreams.

* In these weekly reports, I am exploring the major aspects formed by transits between the planets.  I do not consider every aspect that the Moon makes each day as they can be numerous and are often fleeting moods.  I will consider the final major aspect formed by the Moon prior to its VOC* time, as that aspect holds its influence throughout the VOC*.
* The aspects under consideration: conjunctions, sextiles, squares, trines, and oppositions.
* The planets I work with: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.
