Monday, September 11, 2017:
Monday morning should start out slow and easy. The Moon is in Taurus supporting earthy relaxation and deliberate stability. Don’t try to get a lot accomplished as the VOC* Moon is not interested in achievement.
At 3:29 PM EDT, you can expect your mind to speed-up with activity as the Moon makes her way into talkative and curious Gemini.
This will be a great evening to enlist active study, writing, or speaking. The Moon develops harsh challenging aspects to both mental Mercury and assertive Mars, pressuring you to take action on your thoughts, words, and ideas. Pay attention and be aware of how others hear you, express your passion but do try to keep aggression out of your tone and manner.
The Taurus Moon is VOC* (think of it as being adrift, without focus or connection) on Monday until she enters Gemini at 3:29 PM EDT. Remember, when the Moon is VOC*, there will be no result from anything that is begun. This is neutral; it is not good or bad, it simply suggests that whatever occurs will not have any significant future impact.
 
STABLE LOVE & VALUES
Tuesday, September 12, 2017:
In consideration of Tuesday’s trine aspect formed from graceful Venus to deliberate thoughtful Saturn at 8:49 PM EDT, you will want to look back at the entire cycle between these two planets.
The cycle between Venus and Saturn is a cycle of bringing stability to your deepest values. At the start of each planetary cycle, we plant a seed or in some manner begin a new process. This may have been a time when you began a serious relationship or started a new phase in an existing one. Perhaps, you began to handle your finances in a more mature fashion and you got serious about making money, establishing wealth, or creating something of material substance.
Examine the seed you planted when the cycle began at the conjunction between Venus and Saturn in late October of 2016. At the end of July of 2017, you were able to see how far the cycle had developed at its full expression. Now, you get the benefit of the work you have done on this issue. The relationship is going well or the finances have improved.
You may even be able to help others who face similar challenges to their most personal values of love or money. Maturity and hard work support the stabilization of those values. Over the coming months, you will begin preparation for a new cycle of deepening those serious values.
The Moon is in curious Gemini throughout the day encouraging friendly, talkative encounters with a diverse range of folks.
 

STRUGGLE LEADS TO MATURE GROWTH
Wednesday, September 13, 2017:
Wednesday’s Gemini Moon is extremely active in the early hours of the morning when you will likely be sleeping, anticipate strong dream activity.
At 2:24 AM EDT, we reach the Third Quarter Moon phase. This is a release point following the Full Solar Eclipse of August 21^st. Think back to that day and consider what shifts need to be made to prepare for a step forward at the coming New Moon on September 20^th.
Once you get up and are going into the day, there’s a lovely trine aspect from the talkative Gemini Moon to Jupiter in relationship- oriented Libra. This is a time when conversations with a loved one can be expansive, optimistic, and result in positive connection.
When the Moon then sextiles Uranus at 2:35 PM EDT, all bets are off, excitement may bring a surprise or something unexpected.
Wednesday evening, the energy changes dramatically at 6:13 PM EDT, when the Moon leaves chatty Gemini behind to enter protective, nourishing Cancer. Cancer brings our attention to domestic issues, love, and kindness.
However, we are building to a difficult square aspect being formed from the critical Virgo Sun to Saturn in Sagittarius (exact at 10:58 PM EDT). This brings with it a sense of difficulty, responsibilities, and the heavy hand of reality. The stress of this aspect is with us through most of Wednesday and will maintain through much of Thursday.
Consider a difficult choice or something stressful that began early in December 2016. It may feel hard but this is the time to begin the process of untangling the issues surrounding that time.
You may feel restricted, restrained and in some way held back by others. Please relax into it, and try to find the lesson. Saturn brings significant growth as we take responsibility for ourselves and the steps we take forward.

I hope you enjoy exciting and hopeful dreams before you wake. Then turn your attention to anticipation and encouragement regarding your domestic and deeply emotional connections and relationships.
At 3:31 PM EDT, with the Moon trine devotional Neptune, your heart and mind may turn in the direction of romance or simple flights of fancy. Immerse yourself in the development of your deep understanding of what family means to you. Family can mean so many things to each of us. A quote I like from Jim Butcher, “When everything goes to hell, the people who stand by your without flinching – they are your family.” These are the connections to remain committed to over time. Folks who keep you close through thick and thin, who you know you can share your vulnerabilities with, bring them closer now, let them know you are by their side as well. Accepting deep love from others sustains your ability to move forward and continue passing love onto others.
When the Moon is in Cancer, our hearts feel tender and our sensitivity can sometimes be a challenge. Allow your vulnerabilities to show, give, and receive love and kindness.
 
EXPAND LOVE
Friday, September 15, 2017:
Friday brings another day of deep sensitivity as the Moon continues moving through intuitive, tender Cancer.
At 3:43 PM EDT, Venus, the planet of love, beauty and resources forms a lovely sextile aspect to Jupiter, the planet of expansion and optimism. Take time to become aware of what you have created in terms of love, value, beauty, or finances since late August 2016. This is the waning sextile, a time to begin preparation for a new cycle of expanding love that will begin in November. For now, prepare to release the cycle that began in late August 2016. Each new cycle builds on the previous one.
Pay attention to any opportunities you encounter to express your appreciation for how others have nourished your life.
At 9:09 PM EDT, the Moon leaves Cancer behind to enter dramatically inclined Leo. Saturday will feel far less sensitive and will be more playful and fun. 🙂

I love to see a weekend with a playful Leo Moon. It is true that I am a bit biased in this regard! It is also true that weekends are generally a time we want to have fun and express ourselves with generosity and largesse. The Leo Moon helps create this energy with encouragement. It is also true that we each need to make sure our motivations are clear, that our generosity does not have a core of selfishness with this Moon placement.
At 3:01 PM EDT, mental Mercury, finally direct, joins with aggressive Mars for the final of three conjunctions, this time in Virgo. Finally, say what must be said, with renewed clarity and deep kindness. Get ready to move on with new ideas and new ways to implement those ideas. Virgo offers the ability to see the potential of a situation and do the detailed work to reach that potential for the good of all. Put your cards on the table.
 
COLOR THE DAY WITH PLEASURE

Sunday brings delightful aspects to the exuberant Leo Moon. The day begins with a flowing trine to Saturn at 10:18 AM EDT, you should feel steady and in control of the direction you want to take the day, you are ready to move forward but not in a hurry.
The Moon has an exciting sextile to Jupiter at 4:36 PM EDT which supports the expansion of your heart and generosity. At 8:34 PM EDT, with a conjunction to lovely Venus, your heart feels full, creative, loyal, and dynamic. At 8:55 PM EDT, with a trine to Uranus, you may receive news that surprises you or you may express something unexpected to others.
Your heart is so open throughout this day. Enjoy. There is hopefulness and joy available for the taking. These are all Moon transits so be sure to incorporate them as they come along, they will not last but will color the day with pleasure.
