“There is no measuring with time, no year matters, and 10 years are nothing. Being an artist means, not reckoning and counting, but ripening like the tree which does not force it sap and stands confident In the storms of spring without the fear that after them may come no summer. It does come. But it comes only to the patient, who are there as though eternity lay before them, so unconcernedly still and wide. I learn it daily, learn it with pain to which I am grateful: patience is everything!”~ Rainer Maria Rilke

Have you studied astrology for years but are still unclear about how to have a meaningful conversation with a client? Are you contemplating working with clients but unsure how to move forward? I would be honored to help you move toward your desire to help others with the powerful language of astrology.
Monday, November 13, 2017:
There are two significant transits that are exact on Monday. At 3:15 AM EST, lovely Venus joined with expansive Jupiter at 7° Scorpio. Venus represents all that we highly value, including love, things of beauty, and money. Jupiter represents enthusiasm and optimism. As they join together in the intensely deep sign of Scorpio, love and passion enlarge. Your desire for love and all things of value deepen with passion.
Keep in mind that Venus is a Morning Star for only a short time longer. Over the next few days, go out before sunrise and watch as Venus and Jupiter come over the horizon together, just before sunrise. Rejoice as appreciation and confidence of life and love expands.
Given that the Moon is in practical Virgo throughout the day, you feel more sedate about all of this than you would otherwise.
At 5:47 PM EDT, with mental Mercury squaring illusory Neptune, your dreams push against your practical mind and your ideas are likely to be more inspired than practical. Allow yourself to dream and to love.
At 6:27 PM EDT, the Moon enters Libra. If you have a partner or a love interest, ignore the fact that is Monday and make significant contact. Go out to a nice restaurant or light the candles at home.
The Virgo Moon is VOC* (think of it as being adrift, without focus or connection) from 10:46 AM EST until she enters Libra at 6:27 PM EST. Remember, when the Moon is VOC*, there will be no result from anything that is begun. This is neutral; it is not good or bad, it simply suggests that whatever occurs will not have any significant future impact.
Tuesday, November 14, 2017:
The Moon is in charming, refined Libra throughout the day, creating an atmosphere where you long for social niceties, time with friends or partners, and the experience of artistic beauty. You will want to be with your best friend or your sweetie, functioning from a place of interdependence and diplomatic harmony.
However, it can be a problem if you offer yourself too freely to the desires and whims of others. It may be difficult to choose a direction or make a decision on your own or for your highest good. Be careful not to allow yourself to be pulled in a direction that is not right for you. Maintain awareness.
If you have apologies to make, this is a good day for that, just be sure you don’t throw yourself under the bus in the process. Maintain self care as the top priority.

The normally diplomatic charm that comes with the balanced Libra Moon is likely to feel challenged by power dynamics in the early morning and unpredictable events in the evening.
The Moon forms a challenging square to power-hungry Pluto in the very early hours while you slept; you may wake with uncomfortable dreams and feeling of being out of sorts. The normally peaceful Libra Moon then opposes defiant Uranus at 6:37 PM EST. You may notice throughout the day a sense of unease.
Keep in mind that self-care must be your top priority, not in a selfish manner but because you cannot be of service or help to others if you are not well taken care of. Remember, the warning when you fly in any commercial airplane. Make sure to get your own air-mask secured before helping another.
At 7:51 PM EST, the Moon forms a sextile aspect to stabilizing Saturn. This can bring your energy back to center with calmness and dedication.
The Libra Moon is VOC* (think of it as being adrift, without focus or connection) from 7:51 PM EST until she enters Scorpio at 3:19 AM EST on Thursday morning. Remember, when the Moon is VOC*, there will be no result from anything that is begun. This is neutral; it is not good or bad, it simply suggests that whatever occurs will not have any significant future impact.
Thursday, November 16, 2017:
When you wake up on Thursday morning, you can set aside the diplomacy and charm of the previous few days. The Moon has left graceful Libra behind and will spend a few days in transformative Scorpio, deepening and intensifying your emotions and deepening your connections.
At 10:20 AM EST, lovely Venus, also in mysterious Scorpio, forms a flowing trine aspect to elusive Neptune. Your dream of intensity and depth in a loving partnership is alive and well. The cycle between Venus and Neptune began in early January of 2017; did you begin a new vision of partnership at that time? The full view of that vision should have been clear in late September and now you are ready to reap the benefits of the work you have put into the development of this dream or you may choose to easily release it.
At 7:03 PM EST, the intense Scorpio Moon joins with expansive Jupiter at 8° Scorpio. Thursday is an evening meant for passionate and sweet connections.
Friday, November 17, 2017:
Friday’s powerful Scorpio Moon supports the continued intensity of your deeply passionate emotions. The Moon makes lovely connections to imaginative Neptune, loving Venus, and empowered Pluto. Allow yourself to dream big about the power of love.
Your deepest sensitivities of passion and love are given an opportunity to be fully expressed as Mercury forms a positive sextile aspect to Mars at 9:24 AM EST. You may find that your mind is quick and active. Thoughts that may have been previously difficult to express come easily on Friday.
It is time to take action on your thinking and put your mind to the task of saying what needs to be expressed. Allow your words to match your actions.
On Saturday morning, we come to the Scorpio New Moon. What you are able to say now will support the growth of the seed of transformation you will want to plant at the New Moon.

Saturday, November 18, 2017:
The profoundly intense Scorpio New Moon is exact at 6:43 AM EST. Every New Moon represents the end of one 28 day lunar cycle and the beginning of another. The New Moons occurs when the Sun and the Moon are at the same degree of the same sign of the zodiac.
At the beginning of the cycle, the highly emotional Moon absorbs energy and initiative from the Sun. The New Moon is the best time to begin something new, to make a fresh start, turn over a new leaf, or begin a new plan or project.
At the Scorpio New Moon, it is time to begin something of depth, passion, and something with the potential of profound transformation. The time between the New Moon and the Full Moon is called the waxing phase and lasts from November 18th to December 3rd when we reach the next Full Moon.
As you prepare this new beginning, it is appropriate to release whatever you must in order to make room for deep new growth. Consider what you need to leave behind as you plant a seed for profound deep understanding.
Don’t neglect you New Moon ritual. Keep it simple, take a moment to write down what transformational changes you wish to begin, create, or increase in the upcoming cycle.
Wait and perform your New Moon ritual on Sunday or Monday.
For your Scorpio New Moon ritual, set an intention regarding passion, depth, and profound transformation. This is the perfect time to start a conversation about finally getting your advance directive set up, planning for your parents elder care, or deepening your sexual connection with your partner.  Perhaps, you can arrange the time and space to begin to more deeply understand your own needs and fears around these topics.
If you know what house in your birth chart holds 26° Scorpio, it will help you clarify where to direct this conversation. If you don’t have that information, simply go with your intuition regarding the area of life that is calling for intense depth of transformation.
Have two candles available for the ritual; light the first candle to represent yourself, just as you are in this moment. Light the second candle as an aspiration of what you intend to create. Each day, take a moment to focus on yourself as you light the first candle, when you light the second candle, focus on drawing to you what you are choosing to create as you bring the two candles closer together. Do this each day and at the Full Moon in two weeks, you will bring them fully together and acknowledge the result of what you have created.
The Scorpio New Moon suggests that you plant a seed of deep intense transformation. Share this ritual with your friends and loved ones.
At 1:59 PM EST the Moon enters carefree Sagittarius encouraging us to live our lives with pleasure and joy even as we dig into the reality of this deep human challenge called Life.
The Scorpio Moon is VOC* (think of it as being adrift, without focus or connection) from 10:43 AM EST until she enters Sagittarius at 1:59 PM EST. Remember, when the Moon is VOC*, there will be no result from anything that is begun. This is neutral; it is not good or bad, it simply suggests that whatever occurs will not have any significant future impact.
Sunday, November 19, 2017:
With the Moon in light-hearted Sagittarius, I’m sure you were hoping for an emotionally carefree day. However, at 7:15 AM EST, Mars (the planet of impulsive anger and frustration) forms a challenging square to dark, coercive Pluto bringing potential tension and difficulties. Watch for power struggles in your own life and the ongoing dramas in the culture.
If you have been trying to please others without taking care of yourself, this could well be a time when you will be forced to look at the reality of your situation and face reality directly. The cycle between Mars and Pluto began in mid-October of 2016. Consider what began at that time and you will see that action must be taken now to move yourself or the situation forward for a better outcome than the one currently in the crosshairs.
At 12:52 PM EST, as the Sagittarius Moon forms a challenging square to elusive Neptune, you may be tempted to put the blinders on. Allow some time to rest and dream. Meditate, listen to soothing music, even watch a movie… don’t turn to booze as that will move you toward suffering rather than toward growth.
* In these weekly reports, I am exploring the major aspects formed by transits between the planets.  I do not consider every aspect that the Moon makes each day as they can be numerous and are often fleeting moods.  I will consider the final major aspect formed by the Moon prior to its VOC* time, as that aspect holds its influence throughout the VOC*.
* The aspects under consideration: conjunctions, sextiles, squares, trines, and oppositions.
* The planets I work with: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.
