We are still waiting. The final exact square between Uranus and Pluto comes next Monday.
The pressure is on!
There is no question as to the intensity of this week. When Mars, currently in his glory in Aries, lines up with Uranus and squares Pluto, it is anyone’s guess how this will manifest.
Be sure to practice kindness and compassion to yourself and others. Enjoy the intensity; ride with the changes!

Monday, March 9, 2015:
Monday begins with the Libra Moon VOC* until she enters Scorpio at 9:10 AM EDT. Remember, that Sunday night we began Daylight Savings Time and our clocks moved ahead an hour.
It is difficult to get up an hour earlier on Monday morning knowing we will not gain that hour of sleep back until next Fall.
With the Moon in Scorpio and all the intensification that this period of time holds, pay attention to what hidden issues or secrets may be revealed. Be aware that any secrets you have may come to light at this time as well.
Be prepared to deal with such revelations with as much integrity as you’re able to. It will serve each of us well to look deeply into our own motivations at this time. Give yourself and others space to make mistakes and ask forgiveness.
Remember we are all human, we all make mistakes. Within the depths of our souls is a core of basic goodness that is never marred regardless of what mistakes we have made. Honor yourself and others with integrity, kindness, and open-hearted acceptance.

Tuesday, March 10, 2015:
Tuesday brings a trine aspect between Mars and Jupiter that brings our attention back to July of 2013. A trine aspect offers a free flow of energy! This offers powerful incentive to expand courage in some area of our lives.
On Wednesday, as Mars moves through Aries (the sign of his ruler-ship), he conjuncts Uranus and squares Pluto. We are less than a week away from the final square between these two powerful planets. This is extremely powerful, dramatic, unpredictable energy that will be a challenge for all of us to manage! With the Moon in Scorpio, you may want to ask; what are the secrets that are hidden beneath the surface? Where are we holding energy that is potentially dangerous, destructive, and deeply transformative?
Keep your physical energy, anger, and drive in check. Be aware of any personal tendencies to anger or destructive behaviors. Stay out of situations that will trigger the more negative side of Mars. Play safe, stay safe.

Wednesday, March 11, 2015:
Okay! There is no denying the intensity of this day. At 11:05 AM EDT, Mars conjunct Uranus at 15° Aries; at 5:40 PM EDT Mars square Pluto.
If we simply think about the keywords for these three planets, we will have an idea of the energy involved. Mars represents action, courage, assertiveness, anger, violence, and war. Uranus is about sudden change, innovation, revolution, defiance, and inspiration. Pluto is about destruction, subversion, transformation, hidden forces, and empowerment. Bringing these three energies together within the powerful sign of Capricorn and the ‘take no prisoners’ sign of Aries suggests that we will want to pay careful attention to this day and this entire week!
Please spend extra time in meditation and pay careful attention to your personal triggers.
The final exact hit of the square between Uranus and Pluto is very close at hand (Monday, March 16). Powerful energies continue to build.
The final aspect of the Scorpio Moon is a square to Mercury at 3:46 PM EDT. Following this aspect, the Moon is VOC* until 7:31 PM EDT when she enters Sagittarius. We wish we could breathe a sigh of relief but we are still in the clutches of this very powerful day. The final aspect of the Scorpio Moon is a square to Mercury, pay careful attention to your communications and conversations with others, particularly between 3:46 PM and 7:31 PM EDT. Watch your words and be aware of your body language. If you feel yourself moving toward high agitation, take time out, go for a walk, or sit in meditation.

Do not try to avoid this energy by watching television, eating ice cream, or engaging in some other addictive way of avoiding your feelings. Become comfortable within the discomfort that is the astrological weather we are experiencing. Look at reality, no drama needed. Stay clear and allow this transformative energy to move you without regret.
In order to maintain the lack of regret, you will want to watch your words and actions carefully.

Thursday, March 12, 2015:
Thursday observe those around you and come to understand how others are assimilating and working with the changes in their lives. Remember that you do not live in a vacuum. The people you encounter are experiencing deep internal changes similar to your own.
Yes, it is possible that you are one of the lucky ones, not experiencing these energies directly. Even if that is the case, you live in the same weather patterns as the rest of us. Even if these weather patterns are not actively grinding the changes into your life, you are witnessing it in your loved ones. You may see it reflected in your neighbor’s lives, and you likely see it in the bigger arena of culture and community.
We are being transformed. Transformation is never an easy process. Neither cultures nor individuals can be transformed without growing pains. The more we fight the changes the harder the process becomes.
Ride the waves, open your arms, open your heart, and accept the changing patterns of your life. This transformation will deliver you to a new place, a new understanding of your experience, and a new world perspective! Embrace change.

Friday, March 13, 2015:
The message for Friday is all about letting go; releasing.
The Moon is in Sagittarius forming her final aspect, a trine to Venus at 7:11 PM EDT. Following that lovely aspect, the Moon enters VOC*, lasting until Saturday morning at 2:40 AM EDT when she will enter Capricorn. Friday also brings us to the Third Quarter Moon at 22° Sagittarius.
It is important on Friday to manage the stress between our need to move forward with open exploration and our equally strong reticence to do so. The Third Quarter square Moon Phase, like the First Quarter is formed from a square aspect between the Sun and the Moon. Square aspects always create stress; when enough stress is created we have no choice but to take action. At the First Quarter Moon, the action taken is part of the building process, of creation. At the Third Quarter phase, it is a necessity to break down and let go as we are approaching the end of the cycle. The internal discomfort provides the impetus to release, to let go.
A new cycle is on the horizon as we release what has served its purpose and it is now becoming a thing of the past.
Once again, I feel compelled to remind each of you to be kind to others. Understanding, even in a small way how the planetary cycles work, gives us a perspective that most people don’t have. Use that perspective to assist yourself and others along the path.

Saturday, March 14, 2015:

By the time we wake up Saturday morning, the Moon has entered Capricorn. We are encouraged to take this weekend very seriously. This is a weekend for serious endeavors, not for frivolous socializing or play. This will be a good weekend for solitary endeavors; for building or creating structures and solid forms in our lives.

At 11:01 AM EDT, Saturn turns retrograde at 4° Sagittarius. Saturn will remain retrograde until August 2, 2015. That gives us a 4 ½ month stretch where we must backtrack a bit to reassess the commitments, projects, and responsibilities that we have undertaken in the past. This is a time when we may need to back out of commitments and is not a time to take on new ones. Pay careful attention to the areas of your life that cause frustration or leave you feeling trapped or confined. Pay attention before this sense gets too strong; draw a line in the sand. Say “NO” where and when you need to say “NO”.
Do not start new business activities while Saturn is retrograde; work where you find yourself, go back and strengthen the structures that are already in place. During this time, it is very important that you look clearly and realistically at yourself. Examine your life in terms of personal responsibility and integrity. If you have not taken your responsibilities seriously, if you have not lived your life with integrity, you may find yourself during this time being held accountable. Whatever comes up, in this regard, deal with it now, do not try to sweep it under the rug. Face your responsibilities with clarity and integrity.

Sunday, March 15, 2015:
Very early Sunday morning, the Capricorn Moon will square Uranus and conjunct Pluto. I would recommend sleeping as late as you can with as little connection to other people as possible early in the day. Later in the afternoon, the energy will loosen up a little bit, but your best use of this will be to work on your taxes, to do paperwork, to get necessary solitary hard work accomplished. Once you have a clear sense of accomplishment and have prepared for the upcoming week, go to bed early. We truly cannot expect this to be an easy week. Monday, March 16th is the final exact ‘hit’ of the Uranus Pluto square. Remember this process has been transforming our lives and our world since the summer of 2012!
Now, we will begin the long process of assimilating the transformation and deep change to our personal lives, the culture, and the world around us.
Once again, please take this reminder seriously: practice kindness and compassion to others. We are all the same under the skin. We are all deserving of kindness, compassion, and love. Spread love; it will come back to you tenfold!

This week: The VOC* Moon!
VOC* (void of course) refers to the period of time between the final aspect that the Moon makes while in one sign until she enters the next sign. This can consist of several minutes or many hours. These periods are best handled with little expectation of accomplishment; times ideally suited for rest and contemplation.
Block off these times in your schedule and avoid making significant decisions or working on important projects during these times. During VOC* Moon, focus on routine tasks. You will be surprised at how this one change will smooth the edges of your life!
Do you have questions about what is appropriate to do or not do during the VOC* moon? A simple way to think about it is to ask a simple question. Do I hope that this activity will amount to something? If the activity does not need to amount to anything, go ahead with it! If you have an expectation or desire that this action is going to amount to something, do not do it while the Moon is VOC*. Think about the time you bought a book you were certain you were going to love and you never could finish it! Think about the time you bought the perfect article of clothing that you ended up never wearing; that is the Moon VOC*!
Monday, March 9, 2015, the Moon is VOC* (in Libra) to begin the week and enters Scorpio at 9:10 AM EDT.
Wednesday, March 11, 2015, the Moon is VOC* following a square to Mercury at 3:46 PM EDT until she enters Sagittarius at 7:31 PM EDT.
Friday, March 13, 2015 the Moon is VOC* (in Sagittarius) following a trine to Venus at 7:11 PM EDT and ending when the Moon enters Capricorn on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 2:40 AM EDT.

* In these weekly reports, I am exploring the major aspects formed by transit between the planets. I do not consider every aspect that the Moon makes each day as they can be numerous and are often fleeting moods. I will consider the final major aspect formed by the Moon prior to its VOC* time, as that aspect holds its influence throughout the VOC*.
The Aspects I consider: Conjunctions, Sextiles, Squares, Trines, and Oppositions.
The Planets I am working with: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.
