This is a very important time for those of you born between September 1964 and March 1967. As Saturn enters Pisces on March 7th you begin your Second Saturn return. The exception is for those born between mid-September and mid-December 1964. Your natal Saturn is in Aquarius and you are now finishing up your 2nd Saturn Return.

For those of you born between May 1993 and April 1996, this is the start of your first Saturn Return. The exception for those born between the end of June 1993 to late January 1994. Your natal Saturn is in Aquarius and you are now finishing up your 1st Saturn Return.

What is the Saturn return and what can you expect?

Saturn is the planet that represents responsibilities, time, and the development of hard-won wisdom. The Saturn return occurs when Saturn comes back to the position it was in at the time of your birth.

The first Saturn return, at approximately age 29 – 30 is your astrological coming of age. This pushes you into the reality and responsibilities of adulthood.

The second Saturn return, at approximately age 58 – 59 is a reckoning, showing clearly the results of your efforts and hard work over the past 29+ years. You can think of this as Karma or simply as your report card. You will be powerfully challenged if you have not done your work, you will be rewarded if you have.

Saturn demands that we each face reality in the area of our chart where natal Saturn resides. Taking full responsibility for the work necessary in this area will support the development of wisdom as you move forward.

The problematic side of Virgo is overly critical and attached to perfectionism. You may be more sensitive to environmental issues such as light, sound, odors, etc. To avoid the negative manifestations of this Moon placement focus on helping others. You will enjoy folding your laundry, sorting and filing paperwork, and organizing your junk drawers. Doing these types of tasks as a service for others will bring the greatest benefits of this Moon placement.

A sextile aspect is formed between the Sun and Uranus today at 8:41 AM ET. This opens you to a great desire for freedom of self-expression and personal independence. You are more open-minded at this time and willing to accept the differences of others. Creativity is heightened and originality is easily expressed. VIRGO FULL MOON MEETS SATURN INGRESS INTO PISCES

Each month at the Full Moon we reach a point of contrast, a time of seeing what is in opposition to the current state of being. As we move through the Pisces Season we share a sense of timelessness, intangibility, dreaminess, and imagination. With this Full Moon, the point of contrast is the specificity, reliability, and focus on the details of Virgo.
 
You can use this open awareness to understand your sensitivity to perfectionism and your fears of making mistakes. You are worthy. Let this Virgo Full Moon simply illuminate that fact. You are good enough to do the practical work of creating a stable container for the magic of your dreams (represented by Pisces).

While the Moon was in Virgo you wanted things around you to be neat and tidy. Now with the Moon in Libra, you want things to be beautiful, perfection is no longer a consideration.

The Moon in Libra asks that we connect with others in search of diplomatic solutions to important issues. When the Moon is in Libra we can see both sides of situations, topics, and conversations. It can be difficult to take a stand or make a decision. This is a time to listen, learn, and share with an open mind to understanding.

Everyone has reasons for their perspectives. Even when we adamantly disagree with the perspective of others we can learn to model the behavior of tolerance and understanding. Listening and sharing with respect is the only hope we have for consensus.

At 10:04 AM ET Venus forms a sextile aspect to Mars. This opens our awareness to the positive potential of the action resulting from the recent Mars retrograde in Gemini. What new story have you developed about yourself since October? What is the income or love potential of your new understanding? Sextile aspects offer potential, opportunities, and possibilities. With Venus forming the sextile, opportunities are presented through women or women’s issues.

Turn to your women friends. It is through women that we can save the future. It is time to reach for how we can change the future for our daughters and granddaughters.

At 4:04 PM ET, Mercury forms a sextile aspect to Uranus bringing us within sight of the ending of the one-year cycle between them. Pay attention to any new, inventive, or unusual thoughts that you are having today. This may suggest ways that your thinking is preparing for changes that may surprise you over the coming months.

The cycle between Mercury and Uranus teaches us the importance of using our most authentic voice and speaking our most radical truth. The current cycle began in April 2022. We now begin to close that cycle and prepare for a new cycle beginning in late April of this year. The surprising direction of your mind today offers a clue of what is to come.

The moon continues through the deep waters of Scorpio today. This brings your emotions into powerful areas of contemplation and consideration. Do not sweet your emotions under the proverbial rug.  Dig into hidden corners of your unconscious and be brutally honest with yourself about what you find there.

When the Moon is in Scorpio allow your emotions to deepen and enter areas of great mystery and intensity. It may be difficult to show vulnerability but if you are able to, you will come to understand the profound strength that can be developed. If you are unable or unwilling to go deep, time alone may be your best bet.
