ANXIETY & EXCITEMENT
Monday, December 5, 2016:
This week starts quietly with no major aspects to consider. The unconventional Aquarius Moon makes her final aspect, a sextile to eccentric Uranus at 6:23 AM EST. With such an extended period of quiet, we are left with a sense of that final aspect throughout the day.  This could suggest a day of anxiety, nervousness, or excitement without fully understanding where it is coming from.
Feeling unsettled is exacerbated by the upcoming sextile between Mars and Uranus that will be exact on Tuesday. Channeling anxiety into unusual creativity and inspired conversations will provide not only a useful distraction but will also inspire new understanding and growth.
The Aquarius Moon is VOC* (think of it as being adrift, without focus or connection) from 6:23 AM EST until she enters Pisces at 11:31 PM EST. Remember, when the Moon is VOC* there will be no result from anything that is begun. PLANNING AHEAD
Tuesday, December 6, 2016:
The dreamy, mystical Pisces Moon would love to offer you a day of soft sensitivity and dreaminess on Tuesday. You may even feel your heart turn toward that passive place, and yet, Mars and Uranus have a very different idea in mind.
On Tuesday, Mars, the planet of dynamic action, forms a sextile aspect to Uranus, the planet of unconventional humanitarian change –change that supports the collective. I can’t help but wonder how this will play out in the news this week.
However, for our purposes, let’s stick with looking at where this touches your individual life. Think about what in your life is pushing you to new unexpected action. A sextile aspect (60°) offers an opportunity to explore, to be curious, and to look clearly at possibilities that are presented.
Is there an action that you are considering that makes your heart beat faster?
The cycle between Mars and Uranus is a cycle of pushing yourself to take unusual and possibly, defiant action that supports growth and expansion of humanitarian ideals.
Did you begin something dynamic and unusual in March 2015? That was the beginning of the cycle that is now coming to a close. Wednesday brings us yet another day with a very long VOC* Moon in Pisces. The Moon is considered to be VOC* between the time it forms its final major aspect to another planet in one sign to when she enters the next sign. This time is best utilized in quiet contemplation or routine tasks.
On Wednesday, the Moon’s final aspect is a highly disheartening square to Saturn. This brings a dour feel to the day, as we must work to resist feelings of self-recrimination and depression. Luckily, Moon transits come and go quickly and this will be out of the way before you know it. 😉
Wednesday also brings us the First Quarter Moon, suggesting a struggle between your search for expansion and your desire to remain in deep sensitivity. Consider what seed you planted at the New Moon (last Wednesday) and take action to move that desire and intention forward.
The unusual excitement of Wednesday occurs at 9:51 AM EST when lovely Venus enters rebellious Aquarius where she will remain until January 3, 2017. Venus entering Aquarius will wake you (and us) up to our unconventional humanitarian and even revolutionary values. You are not content to sit home and drink tea with your friends. You are far more likely at this time to understand and follow the need to stand up for your deepest values and beliefs in a direct, innovative, and progressive manner. Your thoughts may turn away from individual love and connection in order to connect and support the greater good of humankind.
Protests and upheaval will be a part of the upcoming weeks. Aquarius must stand up for what is right; Venus refers to your personal values. We must, at this point in time, standup powerfully for our deep values and beliefs.

Thursday, December 8, 2016:
By the time you wake up on Thursday morning, the Moon is in dynamic, impulsive Aries. Aries represents the archetypes of the Warrior, the Leader, and the Pioneer. With a sextile aspect formed to Venus at 7:01 AM EST, you are presented with an opportunity to put your most assertive, courageous energy to the service of your beliefs. Several clichés come to mind: “Put your money where your mouth is” and ”Walk the talk”.
You will be given the opportunity on Thursday to speak clearly regarding what is important to you and stand firmly and with conviction in that reality.
At 6:44 PM EST, the Pisces Moon squares thoughtful Mercury, possibly indicating arguments and misunderstanding. Yes, say what must be said. Remember to be conscious of the tone in your voice and other nonverbal cues. Even in a misunderstanding or argument, it is your responsibility to remain respectful and kind.
 
 
EXPAND YOUR PERSPECTIVE

The Moon remains in hotheaded Aries throughout Friday. This is an active day with the Moon forming a variety of both lighthearted and stressful aspects.  This may well show up as a wild grab bag of a day, presenting you with smooth flowing stability, excitement, and moments of stressful aggravation.
At 4:39 PM EST, the Sagittarius Sun forms a trine (an aspect of excitement and opportunity) with expansive Jupiter. Keep your eyes open in anticipation of possibilities being presented that will open you to a newly expanded view of your life and circumstances. This puts a high positive spin on the day even in the midst of certain momentary aggravations.
Consider dancing with friends or planning an upcoming road trip adventure. Invite a few folks to join you that are new to your group of friends. It is a great day and evening to get a new point of view and an outside perspective.

FACING RESPONSIBILITIES; ADJUSTING DREAMS
Saturday, December 10, 2016:
When you wake up on Saturday morning, set aside any unrealistic early-morning dreams (logical Mercury is sextile elusive Neptune at 3:25 AM EST). This brings your attention to a dream or story that began in mid-March of 2016.  At that time, you may have been telling yourself a story that was not terribly realistic. Since that time, you have worked with that story and now must explore new ways to direct the storyline.  Some part of that dream must be released and adjusted in order to begin anew in March of 2017.
At 6:51 AM EST, the Sagittarius Sun joins with restrictive Saturn to begin a new cycle of bringing sharp clarity to your responsibilities. This is a time to look reality clearly in the eye. If you know where (what house) 18° Sagittarius falls in your chart, you will know what area of your life is asking for your effort and hard work. If you look inside your heart, you will know what area is calling you to this serious consideration!
You are now asked to plant a seed of intention, the intention to make serious stabilization a top priority for the upcoming year. What are you being asked to commit to? Plant the seed of that commitment. Prepare yourself to work hard over the coming year (this is a one year cycle) for your deepest desires.

Sunday begins with a lovely trine from the Taurus Moon to transformative Pluto. You may feel powerful, sensual, and stable as you move into the day. As the Moon continues through Taurus, it is easy to focus on simple and sensual pleasures.
However, as the day progresses, you may feel anxiety or excitement, just out of reach, right around the corner. What you are feeling is a powerful trine aspect between the vital energy of the Sun and the defiant and exciting energy of Uranus. As the day moves forward, you feel that spark of Uranus in the air.
Again, you may feel that you are waiting for some changing reality without knowing where it is coming from. Keep on the alert for the next 24 hours, watch for unexpected flashes of excitement, anticipation, and innovative ideas. Pay attention to what calls to you. This is a beautiful flow of creativity and excitement. Look for what excites you!
