Astrolore’s Weekly Astrology Weather: November 4, 2019 through November 10, 2019
“We use astrology most constructively and creatively when we gain from it a sense of what is possible for us at the highest levels of our potentialities. Seeing that, the challenge is to keep our eyes open to life itself, to be able to respond appropriately when some event or change of circumstances occurs” ~ Dane Rudhyar

Please keep in mind that your personal transits can override these more universal ones. A personal consultation offers deep understanding. The week begins with a quirky Aquarius moon reaching the first-quarter phase at 5:24 AM EST. This phase of the Moon brings with it both difficulties and opportunities. Pay attention and find the opportunities within the challenges that arise. Choices made now will be powerful factors in moving your life in one direction or another. Act with focused awareness.
Consider what you were thinking about at the New Moon last week and take a step forward on that front. Reevaluate your progress on a project you are reconfiguring during this Mercury retrograde. The Aquarius Moon asks that you engage with others who appear to be different than yourself. Find a path of humanitarian understanding. Everyone you meet has every planet, every sign, and every house in their horoscope. The differences are in the value, distinction, and combinations of these parts and nothing to do with social constructs. Love one another.

Tuesday, November 5, 2019

There is no way to sugarcoat the challenges that may rule today. The day begins with Marsforming a challenging square aspect to Pluto. This transit is one of confrontation and power struggles.
Pay attention to where you are trying to gain control over others, or someone is trying to gain control over you. Find a project that asks you to take powerful command and focus your strong energies there. This will take the conflict away from interpersonal dynamics. If you sense that someone is trying to dominate or control you, be as measured as possible in your response. Do your very best to avoid anger or jumping to ill-considered action. Practice patience, calm, and self-control.
The Moon enters Pisces at 6:08 PM EST, taking the wind out of the sails of this challenging day. You may find yourself overcome with sleepiness and choose to head to bed early to find peace in dreams. Tomorrow will be an easier day.
The Aquarius Moon is void-of-course from 9:37 AM EST until she enters Pisces at 6:08 PM EST. This suggests that what occurs during this time will not have significant impact.

Wednesday, November 6, 2019

Engage fully with your imagination today. As the Moon passes through Pisces, she comes to the end of her monthly journey through the Zodiac. While the Moon is in this soft and passive sign, you are encouraged to meditate, create art, rest, daydream, and escape into flights of fantasy and imagination.
It is not easy, or dare I say, necessary to face reality with the Moon in this dreamy, impressionable sign. You may feel wistful, compassionate, and very, very sensitive to the undercurrents in your environment. Pay attention to your intuition, and don’t underestimate your gut-level hunches and instincts.
Remember this one rule: True intuition comes without fear. If there is fear, it is not intuition. It is JUST fear.
Hard lines are blurred, and boundaries dissolve. Merge and blend with folks from a place of love and compassion. Keep your distance from people whose psychic cords suck you dry. Today is a day for prayer and meditation, love and compassion, music and poetry, imagination, inspiration, and whimsy.

Thursday, November 7, 2019

Today brings us to another full day with the Pisces Moon and little else of immediate concern. Pisces is a Mutable sign, suggesting that your mood may shift at the drop of a hat. If possible, create an open schedule for the day. Allow time for daydreaming, resting, puttering, and restoring yourself through prayer or meditation. The veil between yourself and others may feel very thin and you can sense the feelings of others. Boundaries dissolve causing compassion and empathy to blossom. Watch that this doesn’t overwhelm you and that you are not taken advantage of in the process. If you feel engulfed by another, head back to your meditation or prayer cushion.
As the boundaries dissolve, your Muse is seeking your attention. You are more open to hearing her song. Move beyond the normal limits of time and space. Allow yourself to swim freely in open currents and flights of imagination.
The Pisces Moon is void-of-course from 8:13 PM EST until she enters Aries on Friday morning at 6:49 AM EST. This suggests that what occurs during this time will not have significant impact.

Friday, November 8, 2019

The Moon enters Aries at 6:49 AM EST, waking us up as if from a dream. You may begin the day feeling a strong desire to start anew. You feel more energized and enthusiastic than you have for the past few days. Now is a great time to channel excess energies into physical activities. Go for a run or have an energetic tussle in the sheets this morning.
Aside from the obvious change of mood, we have a very interesting planetary dynamic to engage with today. A triangular formation between the Scorpio Sun, Neptune in Pisces, and Saturn in Capricorn forms. Saturn comes to the midpoint of the Sun and Neptune. The trine aspect between the Sun and Neptune speaks of a soft confusion in the air. Look around you. What is unclear? Saturn offers a hand to stabilize that confusion or lack of clarity with a taste of reality. Before you float into the ethers of fantasy, look around and grab hold of the stable hand you find. Today is the day to write a poem, speak with a good therapist, or ground your emotions with a walk in nature.
The Pisces Moon is void-of-course until she enters Aries at 6:49 AM EST. This suggests that what occurs during this time will not have significant impact.

Saturday, November 9, 2019

Do you remember a conversation or what you were thinking about on or around October 19th? If possible, go back and revisit that topic from the perspective you have today. Mercury (retrograde) forms a sweet sextile aspect to Pluto at 9:09 PM EST, a repeat of the aspect on October 19th. This is a three-part process. The final step in this topic or conversation comes on December 3rd, at which time you will have your final say or answer. Now is a time for deep thinking and contemplation. There are no solutions that are simple and without complications, but clear answers come through deep thought.
Today’s Aries Moon does not want to wait for anything but wants quick action. You may find yourself and others to be impatient and even a bit selfish. Today is a great day for a physical activity that engages your courage and self-sufficiency. Sky-diving, rock climbing, long-distance swimming, something that pushes you to the limit.
Releasing your energy this way will keep you calm and friendly for a fun Saturday night.

Sunday, November 10, 2019

It may be a rough morning as the feisty Aries Moon (square Pluto and opposing Mars) isn’t wasting her time on patience or even much kindness. She wants what she wants NOW and isn’t afraid to go to battle to get it. If you feel irritable, angry, or frustrated, try to go off on your own for a run or an energetic romp in the woods. If you can’t get off on your own due to children in tow, bring them to a park where they can release excess energies as well.
At 6:18 PM EST, the Moon enters Taurus allowing you to close out the weekend with calm, sensuality, and beauty. Put on some soothing music and enjoy a meal with family or friends. Slow down, relax, and get comfortable. Fill the snack bowl, snuggle on the couch with a movie or a good book. Simple relaxation is on the agenda.
The Aries Moon is void-of-course from 9 AM EST until she enters Taurus at 6:18 PM EST. This suggests that what occurs during this time will not have significant impact.
* In these weekly reports, I am exploring the major aspects formed by transit between the planets. I do not consider every aspect that the Moon makes each day as they can be numerous and are often fleeting moods. I will consider the final major aspect formed by the Moon prior to its VOC* time, as that aspect holds its influence throughout the VOC*.
The aspects under consideration: conjunctions, sextiles, squares, trines, and oppositions.
The planets I work with: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.
