Today begins on a high note as the lovely Libra Moon sextiles Venus, the Sun, and Jupiter before 9:30 AM EDT. Look for opportunities and possibilities, say yes to what is offered. Go for an early morning run simply for pleasure or meet a friend for coffee before the workday begins.
By the time mid-morning comes, work kicks into high gear and the simplicity of the morning fades. You may find it necessary to have conversations and make decisions that are not easy. Do your best to leave those challenges at work.
The evening has its own difficulties. A power struggle could erupt around bedtime. Don’t take the bait or engage in defensive measures. By focusing your attention, the difficulty behind this struggle can be transmuted into passion. By releasing your need to be right, a powerful connection can occur.

A DISCERNIBLE SHIFT
Sunday, August 11, 2019:
By the time you wake this morning, the Moon has left Sagittarius behind to enter serious, authoritative Capricorn. You may have an emotional hangover from too much fun over the past few days. With Mercury changing sign and Jupiter and Uranus changing direction, today brings a discernible shift.
Jupiter, having been retrograde since April 10th, turns direct at 14° Sagittarius. Over the past four months, growth has been stagnant in the whole sign house that holds Sagittarius in your chart. Forward motion will begin over the coming days. Jupiter spends a year in each sign and offers advantage and growth wherever it moves. It remains in Sagittarius until December.
At 3:45 PM EDT Mercury enters Leo, bringing drama and expression to your thinking and communications. Mercury remains in Leo until August 29th.
Uranus stations retrograde at 6° of Taurus. Expect and prepare for big, unexpected changes if you have personal planets between 2° and 6° of any fixed sign (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius.)
