Astrolore’s Weekly Astrology Weather: June 15, 2015 through June 21, 2015
This brings us to a week that certainly looks like a simple, uncomplicated, and pleasant week. Wow. Two weeks in a row!
Are you taking an early Summer vacation? This would be a great week for it. With very little external turmoil or intensity, we can make our own path more easily. Our equilibrium is more in our control as the planetary cycles buzz along quietly in the background.
My own life is happily reflecting the ease of this past week, as I am delighted to see that there is the opportunity for this ease to continue a bit longer.

There are a ton of uncertainties in the life path I find myself on and yet I feel relaxed, calm, and reaching out for more focus. It is a relief to have Mercury Retrograde behind us in order to move forward effectively.
I do want to give you a heads up of what is ahead of us. On July 25th, Venus is turning retrograde. What could that possibly hold for us? If you have been following my posts for any length of time, you have some understanding of Mercury retrograde… this is similar.
Take what you know about Mercury retrograde and consider what Venus refers to as opposed to what Mercury refers to. Think of Venus as the teacher of love and beauty. This is not the nurturing, parenting kind of love. This is a love of desire and urges that long to create beauty.
During this time, you may need to look back at decisions made since the last time Venus was retrograde (between December 21, 2013 and January 31, 2014).
For many of us, Venus will represent our most intimate relationships. For some of us, it will represent the beauty we create in the world, whether that is an artistic creation or our presentation of self.
None of us can re-write history and yet, we certainly can take steps to clean up the messes we may have left behind. Do you need to look again at how you have managed your own sense of what is important in your creativity and your love-life?
There may be issues left unresolved. Assuaging your guilt is never helpful; but a simple, clear apology will go a long way toward helping everyone move forward.

HIDE NOTHING
Monday, June 15, 2015:
We begin the week in the dark phase of the Moon. As she prepares for Tuesday’s New Moon, she moves through Gemini making lovely aspects to Venus, Jupiter, and Uranus. Our curiosity may very well be inclined in the direction of unusual and expansive ideas on relationship. We are interested in how we and others express and appreciate beauty.
With the square to Neptune at 6:59 AM EDT, it is possible that the morning will bring some confusion or even a sense of suffering. The impact of the transits to the Moon are not long lasting. The Gemini Moon likes to stay on superficial, uncomplicated, and upbeat topics. So, it is unlikely you will stay in the confusion or suffering for long.
Monday evening would be a great time for social interactions along with the enjoyment of simple and yet profound conversations.
If there’s someone in your life that you are just getting to know, Monday would be a fun evening to explore the more unique contributions you each bring to the conversation. Whatever communication you are engaged in, regardless of who they are with, you must honor your true self and hide nothing. Allow yourself to be surprised by others, embrace your most unusual friends and loved ones.

GEMINI NEW MOON: BRING NEW IDEAS TO THE TABLE
Tuesday, June 16, 2015:
Tuesday morning at 10:06 AM EDT the Gemini Moon reaches the New Moon Phase as we explore with great curiosity a new way viewing and embracing the diversity of your community. Ask yourself (and others) the questions you really need the answers to. Begin the process of exploring where others people’s opinions and viewpoints are very different from your own. At this New Moon, you will want to plant the seed of new understanding.
At 10:06 AM, following the conjunction with the Sun, the Moon is VOC* until she enters Cancer at 6:51 PM EDT.
Yes, the entire workday the Moon is VOC*; during which time it is best to rest, recuperate, and have minimal expectations regarding accomplishment.
Tuesday evening is best spent at home with loved ones. Sure, get out those photo albums, reminisce about old memories or move forward to create new memories of shared time.
A home cooked meal on Tuesday evening will be much appreciated. Cook for your loved ones or allow them to cook for you. This will be a powerful evening to offer or receive protective, loving, nurturing energy.

MOTIVATED BY LOVE
Wednesday, June 17, 2015:
Wednesday, the Cancer Moon remains calm and undisturbed. We are motivated by love, kindness, and connection. Our feelings run deep, and we may be moody and perhaps need some time alone.
We may enjoy and be soothed by domestic activities, emotional connections with women, and nurturing activities in general. Let yourself reminisce about the past, rest in meditation, or take a bubble bath.
In the morning, the Moon trine Neptune allows us to see the world through rose colored glasses. By evening, when the Moon opposes Pluto, we may be reminded of the darker side of human love and family connections. Again, don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater. We must look clearly at the dark side in order to see the full illumination of the light.
Each of us resonates more fully with certain signs than others. If you resonate with the Cancer archetype, Wednesday and Thursday will be great for you. If love, nurturing, babies, and photo albums do not resonate with you, you may feel a certain amount of anxiety. Get the domestic chores out of the way and take yourself out to dinner!

FEEL YOUR WAY
Thursday, June 18, 2015:
Thursday is another day of little astrological note. The Moon continues through Cancer, preparing the way for the Sun to follow in several days!
The sign of Cancer, represented by the crab, brings us face-to-face with the sensitivity of feeling. When Cancer is highly active, our mental facilities slow down as our emotional nature takes precedent. Logic goes out the window as we feel our way along this part of the path.
For those of us with little or no water in our natal charts, this may feel less than genuine. Regardless of our individual make-up, it will ease the path forward as you learn to trust this sensitivity. Allow flow without resistance.
Consider nostalgia; allow tears to assist in whatever healing process you may be engaged in.

SEEK EXPRESSION
Friday, June 19, 2015:
While we slept, there was a brief VOC* Moon before she entered Leo at 2:23 AM EDT on Friday morning. When we awake, we immediately sense an increase of energy and the ability to look outside our insular lives with an awareness of the necessity of playful human interaction.
It feels to me almost as though there is an invisible barrier between our understanding and the reality of the world around us. Early this week, we were content to look inward and keep our focus on our closest circle of family and friends.
However, with the Moon newly in Leo and the weekend at our fingertips, we seek connection. We understand the necessity of drawing others into our circle or simply expanding that circle.
Friday afternoon/evening will be dominated by the energy of the Leo Moon sextile Mercury (in its home sign of Gemini). What communications do you need to deliver? Whatever you feel you must say may need some embellishment and even a touch of drama.
This is a good time to deliver communication if it is worthy of that embellishment! Please think about the generosity of the Leo Moon as she offers an opportunity for you to tell your story and express your own generosity and open hearted self. Do not put your light under a basket, seek expression!

EXPECT FUN
Saturday, June 20, 2015:
Saturday is an important day being that it is the last day with the Sun in Gemini. Tomorrow we reach the solstice, Summer here in the Northern Hemisphere and the Sun enters Cancer.
There is an inward feel to Cancer that we will encounter and adapt to over the coming days. For today, enjoy the outwardly expressive energy of the Sun still in Gemini.
The Moon is in Leo all of Saturday and well into Sunday. The Sun in Gemini and the Moon in Leo gives us a great deal of energy for socialization and playfulness.
Here in Vermont, Summer is so short and passes so quickly. It is important that we take advantage of each and every weekend. There is so much to enjoy.
On Saturday, that playful Leo Moon makes contact with both Venus and Jupiter, expanding our love, pleasure, and our ability to connect and play with others. This would be a great day for a party, wedding, or campfire with friends!
Don’t waste this day. Either do something exciting, active, and fun or rest in the warmth of the Sun, allowing her to heal every atom of your soul.
Expect fun and pleasure.

SUMMER SOLSTICE IN CANCER
Sunday, June 21, 2015:
Get up early on Sunday morning to enjoy the fun playfulness as the Leo Moon forms a lovely sextile with Mars. Enjoy an early morning romp with your children, your pets, or your partner.
At 12:09 PM EDT, following a square to Saturn, the Moon is VOC* until 12:59 PM EDT when she enters Virgo. Less than an hour with the VOC* Moon!
At 12:37 PM EDT, the Sun leaves Gemini behind to enter Cancer!
This brings us to the Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere! Here, we reach the part of summer where we simply want to play with our children in the backyard and sip cocktails lazily in the afternoon. We feel the need to nurture ourselves with the Sun, the lakes, rivers and ocean!
During this upcoming month, we long to make our home a haven of safety and love. Plan gatherings of close friends and family. While the Sun moves through Cancer, it is important to acknowledge the people who nurture your life and to take stock of where you are bringing healing or nurturing energy to those around you.
At 12:59 PM EDT, the Moon enters Virgo leading us to a lovely evening ideally suited for wonderful family connections over shared food. Have a cookout or take your close family members out for a meal. Show, receive, and spread love wherever you are.

This week: The VOC* Moon!
VOC* (void of course) refers to the period of time between the final aspect that the Moon makes while in one sign until she enters the next sign. This can consist of several minutes or many hours. These periods are best handled with little expectation of accomplishment. These times are ideally suited for rest and contemplation.
Block off these times in your schedule and avoid making significant decisions or working on important projects during these times. During VOC* Moon, focus on routine tasks. You will be surprised at how this one change will smooth the edges of your life!
Do you have questions about what is appropriate to do or not do during the VOC* moon? A simple way to think about it is to ask a simple question: Do I hope that this activity will amount to something? If the activity does not need to amount to anything, go ahead with it!
If you have an expectation or desire that this action is going to amount to something, do not do it while the Moon is VOC*. Think about the time you bought a book you were certain you were going to love and you never could finish it! Think about the time you bought the perfect article of clothing that you ended up never wearing. That is the Moon VOC*!
Tuesday, June 16, 2015 the Moon is VOC* (in Gemini) following a conjunction to the Sun at 10:06 AM EDT until she enters Cancer at 6:51 PM EDT.
Friday, June 19, 2015 the Moon is VOC* (in Cancer) following a trine to Saturn at 1:52 AM EDT until she enters Leo at 2:20 AM EDT.
Sunday June 21, 2015 the Moon is VOC* (in Leo) following a square to Saturn at 12:09 PM EDT until she enters Virgo at 12:59 PM EDT.

* In these weekly reports, I am exploring the major aspects formed by transit between the planets. I do not consider every aspect that the Moon makes each day as they can be numerous and are often fleeting moods. I will consider the final major aspect formed by the Moon prior to its VOC* time, as that aspect holds its influence throughout the VOC*.
The aspects under consideration: conjunctions, sextiles, squares, trines, and oppositions.
The planets I work with: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.

Astrolore’s Weekly Astrology Weather: May 18, 2015 through May 24, 2015
Before we start the week, we must prepare for the Mercury retrograde, which begins Monday evening at 9:48 PM EDT. If you have followed my work for any amount of time, you are familiar with my ideas on Mercury retrograde. If you are new to my work and have the expectation of a great deal of negativity during Mercury retrograde, it is time to consider a new perspective.
I love Mercury Retrograde. Are you surprised to hear that? I remember when I was younger and had not yet learned how to manage these Mercury retrograde cycles. I encountered the same difficulties everyone is warned about.
Communications always seem to go wrong. Electronic and mechanical devices of all sorts broke down, misunderstandings occurred at every turn, and I couldn’t manage to get to an appointment on time nor did any of my clients show up on time. These are frustrating situations indeed.
It is amazing that a new perspective, a new attitude, and some preparation have totally changed my experience of Mercury retrograde. I encourage you to take on this new perspective along with the preparation.

Think about the pace with which we live our lives. Most of us have very little time for relaxation, contemplation, or rest. We seem to always be moving from activity, to appointment, to project, to whatever the next thing is. When Mercury is retrograde, we must slow down and look at all the loose ends we have left in our wake as we have rushed forward since the last Mercury retrograde (January 21st to February 11, 2015).
Get out your calendars and journals. Make a list of any projects, important communications, and plans that you have been working on since February 11th. Make a list of all that must occur to bring those projects, plans, and communications to their proper conclusion.
Mercury will remain retrograde until June 11th. Between now and then, your mission is to check off as much from this list as possible. If you begin new projects, plans, and significant communications during Mercury retrograde, you are likely to get tangled up in the difficulties and challenges you may have experienced during previous Mercury retrogrades.
Since I began employing this plan during Mercury retrograde, I am amazed at what a productive time this can be! The whole thing delights me so much that I am nearly in denial that there’s any difficulty at all with Mercury retrograde! 🙂
I understand how difficult this change of perspective and new way of managing Mercury retrograde can be! Be kind to yourself as you learn to watch this cycle in a new manner and with new expectations.

TAURUS NEW MOON; MERCURY RETROGRADE
Monday, May 18, 2015:
The Taurus New Moon is exact at 12:13 AM EDT. By the time we awake on Monday morning, the Moon is newly in Gemini. On an emotional level, we feel a new start and we are ready to begin new communications on well-seasoned issues.
As we encounter new perspectives on old issues, we must be extra careful in communicating those perspectives in a way that others will understand. If you have been dealing with a difficult communication with a partner or loved one and now find a new perspective, be prepared for the challenge of sharing that perspective in such a way that it will be welcomed and understood.
Mercury turns retrograde at 9:48 PM EDT. I hope you made your list of all the things left undone since the last Mercury retrograde in February. Prepare yourself to focus on completing those tasks over this next three weeks. Mercury will turn direct once again on June 11th.
All the tasks that have been set aside and left on the table are now ripe for a new perspective and completion. There is much to be accomplished. Encourage those around you to join you in this new way of experiencing Mercury retrograde.

COMMUNICATE WITHOUT MISUNDERSTANDINGS
Tuesday, May 19, 2015:
Tuesday is a day of adjustment. I think we can expect this to be a challenging adjustment in how we communicate, and how we anticipate and understand the communications of others. If there is something you do not understand, in any situation, ask for clarification.
Watch carefully for the tendency to make assumptions. Making assumptions this week will create fertile ground for misunderstandings that will color the next three weeks (and beyond).
You may see exciting new possibilities on some of the issues that have been troubling you for the past few weeks. If these possibilities are starting you in an entirely new direction, steer clear.
If the new possibilities and perspectives are a continuation of what you have already begun, work on clarifying your thinking and communicating it with patience. Be certain that your intention is being heard clearly.
At 1:58 PM EDT following a sextile to Uranus, the Moon is VOC* until Wednesday morning when she will enter Cancer.

CREATE PRECIOUS MEMORIES
Wednesday, May 20, 2015:
The day begins with the Moon VOC* and we may feel terribly unmotivated to get moving early. However, at 9:56 AM EDT, the Moon enters Cancer. Other then the continued adjustment to Mercury retrograde, we sail rather smoothly through Wednesday.

This is the final day of the sun in Taurus. On Thursday, the core energy of the Sun, the energy that gives light and warmth to all the planets, enters Gemini as the season moves into a busy time of growth here in the Northern Hemisphere.
Plan on enjoying this final day of sensual Taurean Energy as she so readily feeds Wednesday’s Cancer Moon need for closeness, connection, and love. This is a day to enjoy the sensual delights of shared food, shared memories, and shared physical connection.
Invite family or close loved ones to enjoy a meal together on Wednesday evening. Allow yourselves to reminisce and languish in memories of times and loved ones from the past.
Remain conscious that the love, affection, and pleasure you engage in now is a future precious memory.

SUN ENTERS GEMINI; WAKE UP
Thursday, May 21, 2015:
It feels to me that as the Sun enters Gemini, we all wake up!
The Sun enters Gemini at 4:44 AM EDT. Gemini is the final sign of Spring here in the Northern Hemisphere.
As the Sun entered Aries in late March, we certainly woke up to begin the assertive process of Spring. When the Sun entered Taurus, we rested in the sensual pleasures of Spring.
Now, as the Sun enters Gemini, all of our senses are on high alert as we attempt to observe and experience all of the new life pushing forward.
Think of all the new life and growth in this period of time. Take a walk in the woods; how many new varieties of flowers can you count? How many new ideas are percolating through your being?
Mercury (who has just gone retrograde this week) is the planetary ruler of Gemini. Gemini longs to communicate, understand, and make connections everywhere.
There is no question that it is a challenge to have Mercury retrograde while the sun is in Gemini. However, there is no point in bemoaning this fact! Consider this to be an opportunity, pay careful attention to your communication skills and pay close attention to what is being communicated to you from others.
Curiosity is a wonderful gift of Gemini. Keep your eyes open, listen carefully, ask many questions, and do not make assumptions. Make sure your communications are being interpreted as you intend them to be. Double-check everything!
At 9:56 PM EDT, Venus opposes Pluto. Where is love or money demanding that you look very clearly into the very darkest corners of your heart, mind, and experience?
On December 20, 2014, the cycle between Venus and Pluto began. At that time, how was love, your deep values, or some financial situation insisting that you start a new cycle of great depth? Was there some way that money, relationships, or your values insisted on a new and profoundly deep path?
Look at where that path has brought you since its beginning. At this time, you should clearly see what you began and where it has landed you. The intensity of this situation releases its energy as you move forward to assimilate its full growth.
With the Cancer Moon connecting with both Pluto and Uranus, anticipate sensitivity and practice deep kindness. At 8:36 PM EDT following a square to Uranus, the Moon will be VOC*until Friday evening. No internet shopping on Thursday evening!

A MATURE SENSE OF SELF
Friday, May 22, 2015:
The Moon remains in Cancer and is VOC*until she enters Leo at 5:42 PM EDT.
Friday is likely to be a day of very little accomplishment. Not a lot will result from your efforts. Give yourself and anyone you encounter a lot of slack, as I can imagine a great deal of frustration as we try to get through to the other side of this day.
We may feel nostalgic and lonely, somehow seeing the past as preferable to where we are today. The intensity of the last 24 hours may leave us concerned that we have made a serious mistake in our lives. Keep moving forward, do not buy into regret, there are many more steps along this path.
At 9:34 PM EDT, the Sun opposes Saturn. This is energy that we feel for a day or so on each side of the exact aspect. Traditionally, we tend to think of the Sun opposing Saturn as being a time of restriction, regret, and hard work.
I am much more inclined to think of it in the context of the cycle between the Sun and Saturn. This cycle began in mid-November 2014. What was the hard work that you took on at that time? In what area of your life were you working to develop a more seriously mature perspective?
This is a cycle of maturing within the self. At this time, it should be obvious whether what you began in November has led you to a place of deeper maturity or not.
You may feel a bit heavy, even a bit depressed, but if you have developed deeper maturity you are on the right path. If your honest answer is no, that you have not developed a deeper maturity, it is time to make an adjustment that will lead you to a more serious space within the self.

BEGIN TO EASE UP
Saturday, May 23, 2015:
The opposition between the Sun and Saturn is firmly with us on Saturday as well. Spending serious time in self contemplation or meditation on Saturday morning should be very helpful.
Do not belabor the point, do not get stuck in feelings of restriction and self-denial. Understand that as humans we all make mistakes and we all learn from those mistakes. Shake off feelings of heaviness with physical activity.
The Moon is in Leo all day. Find fun and playful people to spend time with! Do not avoid the serious self contemplation, do not try to go directly to the fun and play.
You must do the work before the play. However, the playful, demonstrative self-expression of Leo is available once you have done the hard work.
Get it out of the way early in the day and get on with an enjoyable Saturday evening!

NO EXPECTATIONS; KEEP IT SIMPLE
Sunday, May 24, 2015:
No chores, no tasks, no expectations! Following a trine to Uranus at 6:50 AM EDT, the Moon is VOC* in Leo. She does not enter Virgo until Monday morning, giving us a very long VOC* Moon under the influence of Uranus!
Sunday is traditionally a day set aside from the rest of the work-week; a day for rest and spiritual renewal. I am not sure that this is a day specifically aligned for spiritual renewal but it is certainly a day for rest, and simple, if not unusual, pleasures.
Plan a day with uncomplicated friends and uncomplicated activities. Keep in mind the clarity that is required in your communications and enjoy working with friends toward simple fun.

We have passed a significant threshold in the past week. However, we can’t expect that life is going to slow down anytime soon!
It is possible that nothing has changed in the outward appearance of your life; your circumstances may look the same. Nevertheless, you know that the very structure and underpinning of who you are and the way you experience your world has changed in a fundamental way!

This week the posts are a bit abbreviated. I am also in the deep process of transformation and change!

Monday, March 23, 2015:
The week begins slowly and smoothly; around mid-morning, you may notice an opportunity or see a possibility you had not considered. There is something regarding communication here; some awareness that you may, indeed, find a way to express and share your most intangible thoughts, ideas, and feelings.
Do not try to accomplish, set up, or plan anything after 10:25 AM EDT. What would it be like if we took a vacation from expectations!? Try to live that way today; without expectations!
The week begins with the Moon in Taurus going VOC* following a sex tile to Mercury at 10:25 AM EDT.

Tuesday, March 24, 2015:
We can expect a soft dreamy quality to the day on Tuesday. We feel the possibility and opportunity to experience life with a softer touch. Think back to the first few days of February 2015. At that time, we talked about beginning a new dream.
In case you have gotten off track with that dream, now is the time to reconnect to it. Through actively researching what your next steps will be, you will bring this dream closer to reality. This is not the time to take a major or direct action on that dream but a time to consider, plan, and research.
We start the day with the Moon in Taurus VOC*. At 9:23 AM EDT, the Moon enters Gemini and the day quickens.
Tuesday is a day of activity, of pushing forward as we move closer to Spring here in the Northern Hemisphere. This should be a great day for conversation and any type of communication. At 5:53 PM EDT, our communications may hit a snag or we may simply be aware that what we are communicating must to be taken very seriously. Enjoy social activities and friends; just remember to engage a serious edge in these encounters.

Wednesday, March 25, 2015:
Another active social day can be expected on Wednesday. The Moon in Gemini always encourages us to engage in conversation and activity with others. Are you becoming accustomed to the Sun being in Aries? Do you feel the relentless and commanding push forward?
On Wednesday at 3:24 PM EDT, the Sun trine Saturn; we are able to develop confidence in the direction we are pushing toward. This is a time of stabilization; a time to work with our goals for the future. Tuesday we talked about researching a dream that we are developing; on Wednesday, we can think more clearly about how the reality needs to be developed to bring us there. How did the dream that began in February develop from a more serious desire for self-determination that began in November 2014?
Consider these things and allow the free flow of light and warmth to stabilize your hopes, dreams, and serious plans.

Thursday, March 26, 2015:
Plan ahead for no expectations on Thursday. Following a sextile to Mars at 8:35 AM EDT the Moon will be VOC* until entering Cancer at 3:46 PM EDT. If you’re able to take a quiet day for rest, reflection, and ease; let Thursday be that day. Whatever you try to accomplish during this time won’t amount to much. Not stressing yourself about it will be very helpful.
Late in the afternoon, following the Moon’s entrance into Cancer we may be a bit moody as we contemplate the passing days.
This may be an evening of nostalgia or a bit of sadness. Spend time with loved ones; plan for comfort food on the menu Thursday evening. This would also be a great evening to touch base with your mother, daughter or sisters. Make connection; show love.

Friday, March 27, 2015:
Friday can be a day of action. The day begins with the First Quarter Moon; bringing a certain amount of stress between what we need and what we desire. The Aries Sun is pushing us assertively forward, at the same time as the Cancer Moon desires comfort, closeness, and warmth. Use this tension to push forward into a direct action that honors and balances the two. Think about how you can do that in your life circumstances. Drop me a note and tell me about it!
Later on Friday, we may become aware of another action that needs to be taken regarding the expansion of new relationship or the expansion of how we make money. Something highly valuable to us began in August 2014. What action needs to be taken now to continue inviting that beauty, love, and value deeper into our lives? We are attempting to stabilize fiery assertive energies with both emotional depth and sensual reverence. This is a great day for accomplishment. Not necessarily an easy day but a great day for moving forward.

Saturday, March 28, 2015:
Saturday should be a family focused day; a day spent with the folks you are the closest to. Spend the day with loved ones; cook food together, look at old photo albums. Enjoy thoughts and dreams of the past, of those you have loved along the way. Allow nostalgia.
Saturday will be a great day to get things done as a family (biological or chosen family); home projects to prepare for spring would be a great use of this energy. Expect a simple day without much holding you back.
At 9:58 PM EDT, following a square to Mars the Moon is VOC* until shortly after midnight when she will enter Leo, preparing the way for a fun Sunday!

Sunday March 29, 2015:
Make Sunday your fun day! When you wake up Sunday morning, the Moon is in Leo and the Sun is in Aries. On Sunday, a grand trine is formed between the Moon, the Sun, and Saturn. We should be able to get most anything done today that we would like to!
Whether it is work or play, we have a ton of energy to direct and accomplish what needs to be done this weekend! Keep the weekend going late into the evening. This is not the weekend you want to close down early to prepare for the week. Keep the fun going! Spend the evening with friends, go out to dinner, or go dancing. Pretend it is Saturday night!

This week: The VOC* Moon!
VOC* (void of course) refers to the period of time between the final aspect that the Moon makes while in one sign until she enters the next sign. This can consist of several minutes or many hours. These periods are best handled with little expectation of accomplishment; times ideally suited for rest and contemplation.
Block off these times in your schedule and avoid making significant decisions or working on important projects during these times. During VOC* Moon, focus on routine tasks. You will be surprised at how this one change will smooth the edges of your life!
Do you have questions about what is appropriate to do or not do during the VOC* moon? A simple way to think about it is to ask a simple question. Do I hope that this activity will amount to something? If the activity does not need to amount to anything go ahead with it! If you have an expectation or desire that this action is going to amount to something, do not do it while the Moon is VOC*. Think about the time you bought a book you were certain you were going to love and you never could finish it! Think about the time you bought the perfect article of clothing that you ended up never wearing; that is the Moon VOC*!
Monday, March 23, 2015, the Moon is VOC* (in Taurus) following a sex tile to Mercury at 10:25 AM EDT, until she enters Gemini on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 9:23 AM EDT.
Thursday, March 26, 2015, the Moon is VOC* (in Gemini) following a sextile to Mars at 8:35 AM EDT, until she enters Cancer at 2:46 PM EDT.
Saturday, March 28, 2015, the Moon is VOC* (in Cancer) following A square to Mars at 9:58 PM EDT until she enters Leo on Sunday at 1:48 AM EDT.

The Aspects I consider: Conjunctions, Sextiles, Squares, Trines, and Oppositions.
The Planets I am working with: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.

She Rushed Out of the Palace and Came to the Upper World by Warwick Goble

This is a busy week with much activity!
Early this week , the Sun square Saturn encourages us to take a serious step forward on whatever began in November.
On Tuesday, Venus trine Saturn stabilizes the same issue and showing us clearly how far we have come since that time.
On Wednesday, Mars trine Saturn brings stability to the places that are edgy and hot within us, and to our situation.
We also begin a new cycle between the Sun and Neptune. This is a one-year cycle bringing us to the closure of a dream, fantasy, or suffering that began last year. Even as this cycle ends a new one-year cycle, with a new dream begins!
The first two days of the week offer a time to say goodbye, to let go, to prepare for starting the new cycle.
As we reach toward the ending of the week, we are able to tap into higher energies to move us forward.

Monday, February 23, 2015:
Monday brings us a very active Moon in Taurus going VOC* at 9:58 PM EST following a square to Jupiter. This is a day of deliberation, a day to explore the path ahead from a seriously considered position.
At 8:55 AM EST, the Sun squares Saturn and asks that we look at a story that began in mid-November 2014. Pull out your calendars and/or journals and ask yourself what of significance began in your life at that time. The storyline that began then now asks you to make a commitment to taking a definitive step forward. If you know your chart, look at what planets you have near 4° of mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces). This is where you will most strongly feel this energy. The Sun is at 4° Pisces and Saturn is at 4° Sagittarius. You may feel compelled to take serious action in a certain direction or you may feel that something or someone is holding you back. Do you feel your freedom is being restricted?
This is a serious day, asking for serious action and resulting in serious accomplishment. The results of the actions you take now will be clear in late May 2015.
Do your best on Monday to step out of your own small self-concern. Try to make eye contact with others and offer a helping hand. The smallest kindness can change the entire course of a person’s life. This is not time to get stuck in your own solitary concerns. Show kindness even if the other person doesn’t.

Tuesday, February 24, 2015:
Tuesday the Taurus Moon is VOC* all day until she enters Gemini shortly before midnight. This is a day that begs for relaxation and self care.
On Monday, we sought action on what began in November 2014. On Tuesday, we will be working with the same story, only our perspective shifts slightly. If you haven’t determined and executed a deliberate forward action, don’t delay.
Venus trine Saturn at 9:57 AM EST asks us to consider the steps to be taken and clearly acknowledge how far we have come and how much growth has occurred since November. Has the growth involved a new relationship, your personal values, or something else that holds great value to you? Rest in the knowledge that you are on a path with deep purpose.

Wednesday, February 25, 2015:
Wednesday is a busy day with the Gemini Moon highly activated with her engagement with many of her sister planets. At 12:14 PM EST, the First Quarter Square between the Sun and the Moon is exact. You may experience conflict between your analytical mind and your desire to simply fantasize, imagine, and feel your way through the day.
As the evening approaches, we have two significant aspects (impacting us for several days) becoming exact.
She Took Up the Jewel in Her Hand by Warwick Goble

At 10:08 PM EST, Mars trine Saturn and we are provided with powerful energy and courage to calm and stabilize our more serious situations. With each of these planets in Fire signs, there may be enthusiasm, courage, and fun involved. If what you see is high drama, walk the other way. This cycle began in August 2014; if we encountered a restriction at that time, now it opens and the path is clear.
Just before midnight, the Sun conjuncts Neptune and we begin a new cycle of illuminating our dreams and bringing warmth to our suffering. The cycle that is ending now began in late February 2014. Where is 7degrees Pisces in your chart? This is where a new dream begins.
Allow yourself to dream and encourage the dreams of others. If you are suffering, practice self-compassion. If others are suffering, rest with them in a state of open compassion. Listen.

Thursday, February 26, 2015:
Thursday we are likely to remain in a continued state of dreamy compassion associated with Wednesday’s Sun conjunct Neptune.
The VOC* Moon lasts the entire day from 3:43 AM EST until the Moon enters Cancer at 7:50 AM EST on Friday.
Our continued dreaminess could develop into nostalgia for the past. What are you releasing out of sheer necessity and yet the releasing brings deep suffering?
As we let go of what has been important in our lives, we experience a mixture of excitement for the future and deep sadness for the past. Whatever it is you are releasing, let it go with love and acknowledgment for the importance and value it has brought you. Releasing something or someone is a matter of opening your hands and letting go. You do not need to push it away, hold onto resentment or anger. Say goodbye with love and gratitude. Release.

Friday, February 27, 2015:
After the very long VOC* Moon yesterday, we are relieved to have the Moon enter Cancer at 7:50 AM EST. As we alternate between these long days of Moon VOC* (created by so many planets being in the early degrees) with days without, it may create difficulty maintaining consistency in certain areas of our lives. We have days that we’re moving forward just fine and then days it feels like were swimming through mud. Expect Friday to be a fine day.
Keep close to home this evening. The Cancer Moon encourages us to slow down, spend time with family and love ones, and enjoy quiet activities of connection during the evening hours. With so many planets now in Fire Signs, and the building energy of the Uranus Pluto Square, life is moving very quickly. Changes come without warning. If love, compassion, and care for others are your top priorities, you are on the right path.

Saturday, February 28, 2015:
With the exact connection between Uranus and Pluto so close (March 16), the energy of change, power, and transformation is strongly activated each time the Moon transits a Cardinal Sign (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn). The Moon is in Cancer throughout the day squaring Uranus at 11:50 AM EST and opposing Pluto at 12:53 PM EST. This is intensely powerful energy that will require you to hold steady and simply ride the wave of change.
The Moon becomes VOC* following the opposition to Pluto at 12:53 AM EST until she enters Leo on Sunday evening at 6:34 PM. This is an extremely long VOC* Moon. If possible, keep close to home, engage with those you love, and maintain a strong sense of compassion and kindness toward others. Something may come to light that is unexpected and difficult to get your mind around.
Compassion and kindness toward yourself and others is more important this weekend than you realize.
Saturday is the last day in February and we are so close to the final culmination (for now) of this part of the Uranus Pluto story. This story is bigger than our lives. It began in 1965 and has been struggling to push forward for several years now. It will come to full illumination in 2046.
Pay attention to what you encounter now, any internal or external struggle will be with you powerfully over coming weeks.

Sunday March 1, 2015:
The Moon is VOC* in Cancer until she enters Leo at 6:34 PM EST. Keep your senses open and aware for an unusual opportunity that may be offered. Look for a new perspective on the area of your life that has expanded over the past 6 to 8 months. The first week of August 2014 brought huge expansive energy to our thoughts, our spirit, and hearts. If you look at what began at that time, you

will see an area of full illumination now.
Also, look back to April 2014. Can you remember something that was stimulating, aggravating, or brought anxiety or excitement to your thoughts and awareness? Whatever began at that time, you have come a long way since then. Now you are able to work with the energy of final releasing. Explore ways to release in a healthy manner, to let it go for the next cycle of growth within your mind that will begin in April 2015.
If you know what these cycles represent, I would love to hear from you. Please tell me how this is playing out in your circumstance and your life.
