As we come to the end of another deeply intense week, there is much to contemplate, much to consider as we chose our path forward.
As Sunday brings the FIRST QUARTER MOON we seek the appropriate step forward, the action that is necessary at this juncture.
The old is gone, the new continues to beckon. We wait for clarity.
The bridge to our future vision seems unclear. Although, it may be right in front of us; simply not as yet recognized or acknowledged!
Are we able to deeply trust our minds? Do we clearly perceive the reality of our situation?
Without a solid trust of our minds and our perceptions how can we choose our path forward? How do we develop an unshakable trust in our minds?
The clouds that obscure our vision seem numerous. This is the condition of our minds. Beyond that veil is a clear blue sky; one that we know is simple and true. How do we see beyond the veil of those constantly shifting forms?
It is interesting to watch as we attempt to accommodate, and understand, the new reality of the current WATER GRAND TRINE!
For so long we have been held tightly in the grip of the Square between URANUS AND PLUTO! The tension between URANUS AND PLUTO is still very much with us, and is not ending anytime soon! However, it is important to understand that the current GRAND TRINE gives us a way to work with the reality of where we find ourselves and a way to see beyond the clouds that obscure our vision and our clarity of mind.
When times are challenging it is easy to think that nothing will ever get better! Last Fall we may have had a glimpse of remembering that nothing stays the same, that these times of stress are changing, even as they continue to transform the fabric of our lives. Last October Saturn first came into Trine aspect with Neptune.
Are we beginning to understand that it is now our choice to transcend the limitations we perceive; that we can rise above what has been holding us back?
The personal planets are now moving into, and through, CANCER, connecting with SATURN (SCORPIO) AND NEPTUNE (PISCES) forming a GRAND TRINE.
The opportunity to transcend the difficulties we have been immersed in (through a softening of our internal walls) is reflected and supported by this ongoing Grand Trine.
Look around! You may be amazed at the number of people who are moving in the direction of emotional healing and spiritual transcendence. As a collective we are opening our hearts deeply to an understanding of the profound interconnectedness of our world!
Each day I talk with amazing people. I hear incredible stories of love and of new found understanding of our interconnectedness. I witness people having breakthroughs, realizing that kindness, generosity, overwhelming compassion, and love are the most important things we have to offer to all of the world.
The awareness that as we offer this love and compassion to the world, the cold places in our own hearts are healed as well. With this healing, this softening comes an amazing freedom to our souls! In this freedom come the trust and openness of MIND. We understand that MIND and HEART are ONE.
Last week both MERCURY and VENUS took their place, forming the first of a full expression of this GRAND TRINE. Mind and Heart open to transcendence of boundaries and stabilization of transcendence.
Throughout the next six weeks The Sun, Jupiter, and Mars will cycle through this space.
This reflects our availability to engage in deeply significant levels of love and connection throughout our Summer season.

A powerful wave of WATER is upon us!
Early in the week we may have been aware of our mental activity diving into open spaces of sensitivity and deep emotion.
Monday a GRAND TRINE FORMED between SATURN (SCORPIO), NEPTUNE (PISCES), AND MERCURY (CANCER).
A GRAND TRINE creates a free flow of energy that is overwhelmingly independent! A GRAND TRINE IN WATER brings us to a flow of emotion and sensitivity.
Today we move even deeper as VENUS, now in CANCER moves into place to join the WATER GRAND TRINE.
We have been aware of WATER (emotion) lapping at the edges of our minds, now that WATER (emotion) comes closer, enveloping us on yet another level. Sensitivity now encompasses our deepest personal values; who and what we love.
Over the next few months Jupiter, the Sun, and finally Mars will bring us into a territory of unprecedented depth and emotion.
We may notice an increase in our need for privacy, we may feel the need to protect ourselves or those we love, but mostly we will experience an increase in our ability to touch upon profound levels of love, compassion, and deeply intuitive connections between ourselves and others.
Boundaries may dissolve and we find ourselves connecting deeply with others and yet we are equally independent and self-contained.
The line between heart and mind, between ourselves and others meld as we reach depths of connection that may surprise us after these past months, and possibly years, of internal coolness and restriction.
There is a space of healing that is opened with this Water Grand Trine. A free flow of energy that we are welcome to float into. Engage the flow of Water, allow spontaneous heart healing. Open mind and heart.
Engage all your emotions without judgement.
What emotional patterns have you been fighting for many years to release? At this time you may be surprised at how simply they are able to just slip away!
Deep healing does not always have to involve hard work and determination. Sometimes it is as simple as opening and releasing.
Allow the full power of love, vulnerability, sadness, suffering, healing, release, and compassion. Welcome tears of sadness just as much as the tears of joy!
We have talked so much in recent times of the difficulties and challenges of the ongoing Uranus Square Pluto.
I think we can take our eyes off that stress for a time and simply enjoy this amazing flow of heartfelt emotion and overwhelming love!
Here we are, once again, or still… heading into very intense waters.
Actually if we open our eyes we may find we are already deeply submerged!
Perhaps it has happened very quickly! We knew this change was coming but we weren’t really expecting it yet!
This is a crucial juncture in our journey. It is time to take a REALLY clear look at the reality of our circumstances.
After all, the idea that we could avoid or hide from reality is ludicrous!
I have been contemplating recently how I would live my life if I knew this were my last year to live in this body. Consider this! How would YOU live if this were truly the last year of YOUR life?
What actions are necessary in order to move in the direction YOU know would bring YOU the deepest satisfaction?
What would enable you to take on the higher purpose of your life?
Do you know what that purpose is? Consider where in your life you feel a flow that makes you lose track of everything else. Consider what feeds your soul on the very deepest level and makes your heart sing!
These are important considerations and questions we need to be asking ourselves and each other.
Lets get clear enough with ourselves that we can live a life of great beauty, great love, great passion, and great service to others.
It is time that You find your passion, your flow!

Today I want to let you into my life, to tell you a bit of my process and where I now find myself!
We all live very busy lives and mine is no different! I am lucky enough to be in a position where I can now loosen some of the restrictions on my life and put my energy into what I believe to be my life purpose.
Life purpose is an interesting, and important concept to consider.
Do you suppose we all have a ‘life purpose’?
I think we do.
How do we know what it is?
It is that one thing that, when we are engaged in it, we lose track of time! It is that one thing that we have always done in one manner or another. It is the thing that we will do with or without being paid to do it!
For some of us it is a compelling pull that will not leave us in peace until we are firmly on the track. For some I think it is a subtle thing, barely perceptible, but likely it is embedded in our lives, something we have always been drawn instinctively toward.
My utter fascination with astrology began the day I first encountered those interesting glyphs and symbols. I had no idea what I had stumbled upon!
I was about 12 or 13 years old and my interest was piqued strongly. Little did I know that I had discovered the one thing that could hold my interest throughout the course of my life, through all the ups and downs, all the turmoil, and upheaval.
The study of astrology was never set very far aside.
The thought that I could actually make a living with astrology did not occur to me for many years. I never encountered Astrologer as a career choice!
When I did encounter the possibility, I determined that Astrology would be my retirement plan!
My thinking was that when I was old and could no longer work, I would be able to sit, watch the planets and talk to folks about their lives. I would keep my eyes focused on the Universal truths I had found hidden in those glyphs and in the motion and cycle of the planets.
Two weeks ago I ended outside employment. It was not an easy decision for me, the safety of a regular paycheck (regardless of how small!) was not easy to let go off.
Now, finally I begin the work I have been meant for all along!
Wish me luck! There is so much to do!!
I have not been writing consistently. Now, I determine to change that.
My intention is to have blog posts that will appear in your inbox at least 2 or 3 times per week.

Love meets passion; beauty meets aggression; social graces meet survival instincts; attraction meets frustration.
Aggression is softened and diplomacy is energized.
Approximately every 2 years we reach a point in our process when we are given the opportunity to reevaluate our values and our relationships. We begin a new cycle regarding relationship, our considerations of gender identity/awareness, love, passion, beauty, creativity, resources, and pleasure.
We have reached that time once again.
What issues regarding relationship, beauty, personal values, or creativity are requiring consideration and review? Are we contemplating a significant change in our relationship/s? Are we considering the way in which we relate to the people we are in relationship with?
At this new cycle we plant a seed (consciously or unconsciously); over the next two years we must pay attention to, and nurture that seed.
It is important to take the entire cycle of Venus and Mars into consideration. To do so, it is helpful to understand the past cycle in order to prepare for the one we are now entering.
Spring of 2011 (May) was the start of the cycle we are now ending. Were we beginning a new relationship? Had we recently ended a significant one? Were we involved in a consideration of our gender expression? Are we aware of the need to more fully express a more masculine side of our personality? Or perhaps we need to work more deeply with our feminine side. Consider the yin/yang balance of our expression over the past few years.
Was the most important issue, at that time, less about personal Relationship and more about our relationship to money, resources, or our own creativity?
It is easy to track these cycles if we keep a journal!
If we don’t keep a record of the ongoing trajectory of life we can go back and look at calendars, credit card statements, or other places that will give us clues about what we are up to at different times.
The first crisis point, or demand for action, in their cycle came at the first Square aspect between them in October of 2011. At that time we were faced with a struggle regarding the issue at hand. Action was necessary in order to reach our goal, we worked diligently.
February 2012 brought us to a full expression of the work/the issue we had been engaged in since the beginning of the cycle. This was the Opposition, a time of full illumination! It was clear at that time if the work of the cycle was a success or not. At this time creative energy is powerfully released. At the Opposition we see the purpose we have been building toward throughout this cycle.
Between April and September 2012 we came to realize that the cycle we had been so engaged in was ready to be assimilated and released. It was clearly time to let go, to reconsider, to spend time alone or to simply contemplate our situation before attempting to rebuild our values or relationships.
And now we begin again!
One of the true values of Astrology is the ability to observe the planetary cycles and to work with them with awareness and objectivity.
All of our lives consist of cycles that begin, grow, release, let go, and ultimately die.
This is the way of life and can be worked with in a deeply conscious manner, leading to deep levels of growth and self understanding.
What are your bringing into life today? What seed of love or change are you planting?
Take the time to consider carefully what seeds are being planted. Honor them; plant them in fertile soil, care for them well and the cycle will progress with deep learning.
It is important that we embrace our independence and expand our differentiation of self, as we prepare for major transformation and change.
Read that statement again.
Stop for a moment and give serious consideration to what area/s in our personal lives requires us to take on a serious practice of learning courage, self reliance, and independence.
Where will our personal sense of freedom and individuality serve us as we move toward the future? Where will our attempts to hold on to others, and to the past, burden our motion forward?
Look at the bigger picture of our communities, our country, our culture. As we widen our view to include a full global view, continue to ask this question:
Where do we need to learn the courage to move forward on our own, to say what we know must be said, and to allow others to, not only disagree with us but to be disappointed in us.
Just to be clear: when I speak of independence and individuality I am not speaking of selfishness or lack of consideration for others.
There is no question that this is a balancing act, indeed! We must learn to think for ourselves, follow our own truth, even as we respect and support the truth of others.
It is important that we support each other in the development of a well-differentiated SELF which allows us the space to understand our appropriate dependence on others, without losing our ability to stay calm and clear headed in the face of conflict, criticism, or rejection.
We must be able to distinguish the best course of action in a given situation. We must not allow our clarity of mind to be clouded by our need to be right in the minds of others. We must follow our true hearts vision to lead the way.
We are currently embroiled in the energies of Uranus and Pluto, which we have been talking about a great deal over the past year! The ongoing struggle between them builds (to one of it’s 7 peaks between 2012 – 2015) and is amplified over the coming weeks.
Yes, Uranus represents the future, and in that respect always ‘wins’ so to speak.
However, Pluto has the power to transform the course that Uranus takes.
We must learn to truly think for ourselves, be willing to act on what we witness, to react for the good of our brothers and sisters. Uphold each other. Work from a broader perspective, consider humanity as a large system of which we are a small part.
As we heal and support ourselves and those around us we are supporting and healing the community, the culture, the world, the Universe.
We are not alone in this. We are in a very large web of relationship with all of the Cosmos.
Each of us can effect the whole by playing our part with creativity, detachment from minor concerns, and love for one another.

Uranus and Pluto are heading back into the limelight again!
We are moving into a very active and intense few weeks as we move ever closer to the next exact Square between Uranus and Pluto (May 20th).
Our attention is drawn, or perhaps riveted, to the energy of this combination as it is being activated by Mars, Venus, and the Sun.
Mars made contact with Uranus last Friday and will Square Pluto on Tuesday, the day before the Full Moon (Libra). Over the next two weeks both Venus and the Sun will follow suit as they make connections with this intensely powerful pair.
As these planets, all in ARIES, move toward Uranus they will activate the energy that is so intensely stretched. They effectively provide us with a graphic preview as they pave the way toward the upcoming URANUS AND PLUTO Stand-off!
Pay attention, during this time, to our own processes, the stories we hear about the lives of those around us, the local, national, and world news! Look for truths to be revealed, secrets to be uncovered.
Can we feel the intense vibration of power, anxiety, and revolution? Can we sense the demand for independence, for revelations, the demand for clarity and honesty?
We don’t have to look far to see the clash of energies in the world or in our own hearts. We long for the stability of what we know and yet we require change and revolution. We know that the old order must be brought to an end or we will annihilate ourselves, yet we can’t bare to to face the fear of leaving the past behind.
We want the excitement of moving ahead but are afraid of what is real change will bring. We want to see revolution and yet we are afraid to lose the power we now hold in our own hands.
To deeply understand astrology it is important to realize that each planet is in relationship with every other planet. Each pair of planets goes through cycles of relationship.
Consider about what you know about the Moon Cycle, review that information if necessary.
The current cycle between URANUS AND PLUTO began in 1965/1966 when they came together in a conjunction. The conjunction between any two planets correlates to the New Moon in that it is the beginning of a New Cycle; something new is created at this New Cycle.
Two powerful energies came together in 1965-66 reflecting an amazing birth of new energy in our world and in our hearts. Everything felt new and all things felt possible in the 1960′s! If you were there you remember the power in those years. If you have read your history books you may have some glimmer.
The 1960′s were perfectly reflective of the energies of these two planets. Uranus = Revolution, Pluto = Transformation. The 60′s were born.
Now we are in the First Quarter Phase of the relationship between these two planets. Always the first Square in a Relationship between two planets brings the issues that were born at the Conjunction to a point of Crisis and a Demand for Action!
Every issue of the 1960 is back on the table, we are clearly at a point of Crisis, all these issues are demanding action and growth.
Let us each put our strongest efforts into our response to these times. It is time to work toward our future as humans on this planet.
What can we do to help?
We must each make the effort to be true to ourselves, to be kind to each other, to let go of the patterns we have been stuck in of selfishness and look to where we can be of service.
We must come to understand that in order to help ourselves and the planet we must serve each other. Only in lifting each other do we all reach higher ground.
Let us work to respond to this time of Crisis in a manner that will bring us to a powerful Full phase when Uranus Opposes Pluto in 2046!
If we can work it well this time, I think I’ll try to stay around that long to see the full illumination of this amazing cycle! I can almost imagine!!
It is amazing the difference a short amount of time can make!
Think about how sensitive, passive, and surreal the world felt at the New Moon on March 11th!
For now we have Uranus, Mars, Sun, and Venus all in the early degrees of Aries!
We have left most of the watery ripples of Pisces behind and have entered the blazing fires of Aries. Mercury is lagging behind but will also enter Aries on April 13th.
Aries does not come into being with all his brash assertiveness fully developed.
First ARIES must face great stress, anxiety, and deep fear. In order to develop courage Aries must learn to move toward fear.
The development of courage, and action in the face of fear, are essential lesson of ARIES.
The transformations that we have felt building for many months is now demanding that move toward fear as we take action.
Where is The Aries Point in your chart? This is the area in your life that is requiring action and the facing of fear. Through the courage developed here much will be transformed in your life.
This afternoon MARS CONJUNCT URANUS and early next week MARS WILL SQUARE PLUTO!
It would be difficult to exaggerate the importance and the intensity of these times we are living in. The interactions between the planets are powerful, dynamic, and deeply transformational.
Keep in mind that the planets do not cause the issues that we on this earth are encountering. The struggles in our personal lives, in the culture we live in, in the greater world around us, are not caused by the planets. The planets reflect our personal lives and the conditions of the world and our cultures.
Just as the mirror does not cause us to develop wrinkles around our eyes or our hair to gray, the planets do not cause anything. They simply reflect, and we reflect back.
The current reflections are exciting, defiant, unconventional, obsessive, dark, and powerful. We are being transformed and so is our world.
We are coming to see so much that has not been clear to us in the past. We are discovering that we are simply not the person we thought we were.
Let us all take a moment today to look at ourselves in the mirror in absolute wonder. We can almost see the change and growth from day to day.
It is important that in every step along the way we work to face the fears that inevitable come up with this type of deep transformation.
It is not enough to simply face our fears, we must develop the courage to move toward them and embrace the changes that are coming!
This morning while we slept the MOON ENTERED FUN LOVING LEO, setting us up for a powerful, passionate, and playful weekend.
Don’t waste this one! Go for passion. Go for what our hearts crave.
Again, Take Action!
After three weeks of perceived backward motion (since February 23, 2013), yesterday we began forward motion as MERCURY TURNED DIRECT.
Mercury remains in PISCES until April 13, 2013.
We can’t expect our minds to suddenly have clarity on the direction forward yet, for a bit longer our minds will continue to inhabit intangible realms of spirit and unimaginable open spaces.
But now there is motion forward. We begin to move toward new more assertive spaces and we begin to understand what knowledge has been assimilated during this intensely sensitive and transcendent time.
We have gathered much inner knowledge and understanding during this time that requires us to reset our travel plans as we step forward.
Whether we have been aware of it, or not, we have been treading some intensely deep and unconscious places during this time.
Now, as we begin to move forward, we are well advised to open our eyes and our minds fully. Accept what we see, even if it is highly inconvenient.
We are now encountering, or about to encounter, ourselves and our situations, in a manner that requires us to move in a different direction than we previously anticipated.
Look to the house where all these Pisces planets have been traversing. (If you don’t know, send me your correct birth information (date, place, exact time), write and ask me… I’ll let you know)
Now we are ready to receive our first glimpses of this new ground we find ourselves inhabiting. New Opportunities and New Responsibilities abound.
Our awareness will grow and deepen over the coming weeks.
Don’t expect to immediately understand this change, or for it to be easy to implement. We may feel excitement or we may feel intense dread, most likely a combination stirs within!
Sit with it a while longer, begin to unravel the clues, it will take some time before clarity comes easily.
For now, know the path forward is being cleared. Take time to observe, consider, and keep the path clear of debris.

I can’t even begin to explain the post I sent out several days ago, I can only ask for tolerance and patience!
I could use Mercury retrograde as an excuse or all these others strange surreal astrological events.
I think it is best to maintain a sense of humor.
I am so amused by much during this time with so many planets in Pisces, including Mercury retrograde, and Neptune.
This can get complicated and we may all want to work extra hard to not have expectations of others, the weather, or even the trajectory of our own minds!!
